Perhaps you should see your physician first. I'm sure many on the board may be able to offer advice, but the question still remains ... are you and your system strong enough to handle enhancements? What's your blood pressure? Any heart conditions? What other meds are you taking? These are questions your Dr. will ask, and he'll then be in a position to make an informed diagnosis and recommendation.

to see an doctor.  There could be a multitude of reasons for the decrease in libido - some benign, but some not so harmless or simple....

best suggestion is to work out about 3-4 times a week  - for an hour or two... eat healthy, take a multivitamin and some Arginine (health food store).  If that does not help - see your doctor.... see your doctor in any event, you could have other problems.

Start with some simple exercise and walk 2-3 miles a day 3-4 days a week. That is one of the best exercises you can do to help your libido. With every meal make sure you eat protein. Eat tuna with your breakfast. Drink pineapple juice before you have sex. Do some simple exercises, pushups, dips, and some pullups. Better yet go to the swimming pool and do some laps. I know a guy who is 70 years old. I asked him how he is so strong, he told me it is the swimming he does 4-5 days a week. Every time I see him he asks me "Young man are you behaving", lol.

I have always been into physical fitness.  Out of high school I played some minor league baseball.  They I played big time fast pitch softball until I was 40.  I work out 5 days a week, play golf, run, etc.

Then at 55 I realized something was wrong.  I had been "slowing up" a little in everything.  and my sex drive was a little down..that for me was huge because I always wanted sex.

I told my doctor during my physcial and he checked my testosterone levels. Ah hah!  It was very low.  That's not only bad for your libido but also for your heart.  He put me on AndroGel - and I rub it on my chest twice a day.  In less than 6 months my level was back to normal.  Now, at 60 my levels are the same as a 40 year old, which in my case is where he wants me to be since I'm so active.  Also helps with bone density and muscle recuperation.   And my desire for sex went back up to old levels.   That part keeps me broke!
So make sure to get your T levels checked - it's good not only for sex but for heart health.

CG
p.s.  also get rid of that old porn and get some new stuff! :-)

ED drugs just make you hard. No help with desire. Testosterone is demonstrated to help libido. See a Doc.
