I think one can not be a clock watcher in a qv session, and one cna be a clock watcher in a two hour session.

I think what you are saying is that one MUST be a clock watcher is a qv session, but you said it backwards.  I agree fully that clockwatching can occur in any length session.  It's rarely happened to me, but I can say with certainty that when it occasionally has, it was clearly due to a lack of chemistry between the lady and me.   The clock watching is obvious, as she can't wait for this train wreck to be over.  

 
This is one of the reasons I don't do more than an hour with a provider I'm seeing for the first time, because when things get awkward because you're not connecting, two hours can seem like four, so the only viable option is to bail after the first hour (or even half hour), and leave half or more of the session fee on the table, but even worse, it usually won't happen without a little drama.

No, that is not what I'm saying at all. Being a clockwatcher is a mentality, not tied to the actual elapsed or remaining time is what I'm saying.

A non clock watcher will make a qv session not feel like you're racing against the clock. And conversely, a clock watcher will always be watching the clock even if it's a multi hour appointment.

On one side, if a client is booking these El Cheapo sessions, I don’t entirely blame a provider for watching the clock.

 
On the other side, if these El Cheapo sessions bother a provider that much, I don’t know why she’s even offering them.

 
I can’t entirely disagree with it being a mentality thing though. If the argument is you wouldn’t feel this way if your client wasn’t so cheap, take control and don’t offer shorty sessions.

 
But going back to the criticism of the review, it is a little on the client too. Those who offer 1/2 hour sessions are probably more likely clock watchers. In fact, they probably even watch the clock when you book an hour or two. If you book a provider for a shorty session, don’t be shocked that she’s a clock watcher.

You pay for time, and when the time's end nears, one should not be surprised nor offended if she says:  "Here's your hat, what's your hurry?"   This should not even be brought up in the review.

 
What a reader of a review needs to know is if she is NOT a clock-watcher.    This is the common but all-so-YMMV perk of when a gal for whatever reason let's you stay well beyond the limits of the clock.

 
Then there's the sadly too often practice of chasing you out a few or more minutes before the time you paid for is up, often abetted by a clock that's ten or more minutes fast; but that's a topic for another thread.

It’s certainly fair for a lady to let you know when your times up. I know some may interpret this as a clock watcher. Not me though. I’m more referring to the lady who’s looking at her clock, watch, phone, or wherever she can get the time, numerous times throughout the session. If it’s that noticeable during the session, it’s a major turnoff and that’s what makes her a clock watcher.

I agree on one point. A clock-watcher is defined by their attitude and behavior. I'd say a clock watcher is someone who is unenthused, constantly checks their phone, reminds you of how much time is left at some points and in general may try to rush you out before time is up. I understand we pay for time, but most hotel rooms have clocks that can be easily glanced at from time to time without breaking up the moment.

As someone else pointed out though, I don't understand how anyone could book a QV or HH and not expect clock watching. If you're visiting a provider that does QV and HH they are probably a volume provider. They have to get you out and get ready for the next client. You really can't expect anyone to be taking their time or letting any moments linger. I know you like making comparisons to restaurants so here is one. If you're booking a QV or HH you're going to the McDonalds of buying sex. You can't walk into a McDonalds and then get mad when the waiter doesn't take your order or get disappointed when Surf and Turf isn't on the menu.

Typically the clients that book less than at least an hr overstay at Least and extra 30min and shower and try to chat. Also they are typically the most difficult and rude clients (from my experience) If they book 30 min it should all be done within those 30 min. Hence why I stopped offering anything less than an hr personally ))

I think you hit the nail on the head, except it extends far beyond looking at the clock. To me the term isn't literal. I don't have any issue with the girl checking time and glancing at the clock many times. I myself look at the clock 10+ times during a session I've noticed.

I'm not sure your mcds analogy works. Your mickey ds analogy talks about expectation management.

A better analogy to me is when you're in a corporate environment and getting paid for 40 hours yet you really work 60 and on deadline weeks maybe 80. And there's one guy who always comes in at 9 and leaves at 5 no matter what. He might have reasons and excuses but at the end of the day he will never work anything besides a strict 9 to 5. He may not be technically required to work "overtime", but best believe the collective and the manager will know he works the least out of the group and so he will get fired or laid off first.  

 
That's kind of equivalent of a clock watcher. It goes beyond actually looking at the clock. A lot of times it's minimal work put in and looking at the clock just completes the "boring class" syndrome where you're so bored in school you keep looking at the clock for the class to be over. It's not an attitude a client of a provider wants.  

 
Ie, I'm not asking the providers to go above and beyond or have excellent IOP. Although I've had providers often go overtime with me on their own accord. High volume ones when there wasn't a client after me. But there's a difference between minimal viable session and a good session.  

 
As far as qv, well I'll admit I only had one qv session a while back in hk TJ and it was a mess. But I had many 30 mins sessions and difference between clock watcher and a non-watcher is visible.  Even if there's a client right after the non clock watcher will make it seem seamless and non-job like.  

Conversely I had clock watchers tell me with 25+ minutes on the clock they can't go round two cuz there isn't enough time. There was.

While I don't think I've ever seen a lady that offers QVs I HAVE seen some that offer half hours (although I never book less than an hour) and have not encountered one that I considered to be a clock watcher.  

 
On the opposite end of the scale I've seen a few ladies who go well over the booked time. The most extreme examples: one in CT stayed with me 8 hours on a one hour booking (and she did it twice). Another in FL held me captive for 10 hours on a 2 hour date.  

 
I certainly would never expect that to happen when meeting anyone. I also wouldn't write that in a review (other than to say she's not a clock watcher). Providing specifics like that in a review is just inviting all the creeps to come out of the woodwork expecting/demanding the same treatment and causing headaches for the provider.

You did exactly what I would expect someone to do. You tried something. You didn’t like the way it was working for you. You stopped doing it. Kudos.
