Is it safe to join a free porn site when they ask for your credit card info? ( the site claims they need card info for authorization / verifaction)

Has anyone experienced this?

If you really want to do that, buy a prepaid CC.

Some are legit, but those are in a minority. Google the website in question on Google and you will be able to find out the legit ones. If it's from Eastern Europe, forget about it.

Regardless, use a pre-paid CC.

I would not call it a "scam" because I've joined many and never got any money stolen but the porn you do get is limited  and the real hardcore stuff is for pay...But only a fool would expect full access for free

When the "free" expires & the bills start arriving...  how you gonna explain that?

you should never ever give your credit card information to anything advertised as free.  Once they have this information it is hard to get them to stop billing.  (I have occasionally just canceled a card and gotten a new one to accomplish this.)

If it is free and they want your credit card, they begin the relationship with a lie.  I don't want liars having my credit card info.

It may or may not be a scam. I wouldn't risk it. A free trial should be just that.. free. And if that's the case they don't need anything from me.

There are sites that continue to bill you even when you cancel your main subscription (incredible pass for one). Check your credit statements each month. 9 bucks here and there adds up.

I thought they stopped doing that on free adult sites. Never provide CC info unless you know what you are paying for.
