Have you ever had experience with what is referred to as a "Pussy Pump"?  If so, is it very common?  How long does the effect last?  Does it really make a difference for the man?

I'm pretty sure it is not all that common. I agree with Ciera that it would not provide much sensation to you, but it might provide visual stimulation- it's kinda neat watching it get bigger. I don't think the swelling lasts very long.
