i dont know about that,,, but i can tell you if you pop an alka seltzer in your mouth.... and well... mmmmmmmm thats all i have to say for now...

I had once heard (can't remember if it was from a female or male) that rinsing your mouth with mouthwash or actually having a breath mint in your mouth at the time of DATY could greatly increase her sensation and pleasure.  (The mouth in question being that of the DATY-er not the DATY-y).

I tried this once with an SO.  She said she LOVED it (and had no real reason to not be truthful since it was a LTR).  A few days later, she mentioned that she was suffering from 'female issues' that she thought might be directly or indirectly related to our little experiment.  Though nothing serious, she was reluctant to try again (not a real scientist).

So, my question.  Anyone else here have experience in this arena?  What was the general consensus?  Good for her?  Were there any physical symptoms later?

I'd love to suggest this to an ATF, but not if there could be nasty side effects.

Thanks for the input.

You are sucking and nibbling on the most delicate part of a woman's body. It seems to me that the powerful ingredients in either mouthwash or certain mints might cause an irritation.

I always brush my teeth and rinse before an appointment, but not just before the act...

i don't know about any mints or mouthwash causing a different sensation.  No guy has ever admitted to using them either though.

the alcohol / menthol  from the mouthwash / mint will be felt more accutely on the nether regions than in your mouth.

This creates an enhanced feeling.

However, it could often lead to problems like pains or sensitivity in the urethral area.  It should not be serious, but the discomfort could last several days.

I've heard about people using Altoids. I haven't and really don't think I'd want to. Jello maybe.

My SO used Altoids once while BBBJ on me.  Burned like a mother!

i always use altoids myself. they keep my mouth hot and juicy.

i like the feeling when used on me too.

however, my favorite thing is when a guy HUMS.

omfg so crazy wonderful and rarely ever done.

I learned that technique in HIGH SCHOOL! Also suggested is a Halls cough drop. Honestly, it does NOTHING for me, nor does ice, motion lotion, or spanish fly!

All it does is create a tingling effect which is too intense for prolonged pleasure. It gets to be sensitive and annoying after too long.

Best to try this out on sub-ATFs and then migrate upward as the empirical data validates.  That's what #5s are for.

one guy told me he tried poprocks on a girl and had her screaming in pleasure,
I will never look at pop rocks the same way again.

I had a wonderful experience in San Diego with a lady who had pop-rocks in her mouth while she gave me a BBJ.  The sensation was incredible.

I've noticed many providers use altoids or other mints for bbbj-

I'm guessing to help with saliva and moisture, but obviously it generates sensation too-  makes sense that a woman who isn't irritated by menthol or mint might find it very stimulating and enjoyable!  New fodder for my next visit!

Now pop rocks and humming... awesome ideas!!!!

just be sure not to drink any coke with that!

I was going to make a crack about Mikey, Life Cereal, Pop Rocks and Coke, but you stole my thunder.

Then I thought maybe something in the line of guy drinking coke and CIM while Pop Rocks being used by female.  Got a little complicated.

Ah well, thanks for the humor!

I have heard from a number of women that they do get a totally different sinsation when Altoids are used.

However, I saw on a website that sugar type products should never be used on or in a woman's vagina because of the propensity to cause infections.

Like everyone else, I would love to find something new to try, but also don't want to put my partner at any type risk.

True, added sugar ups the risk of bacterial infection.

However, I clean *thoroughly* before and after each of my encounters, and I've never had a problem.

If you're still looking for something new to try, and want some good, clean fun, maybe get one of these? I like mine with the water pressure up, against my most sensitive spot :)

Actually I HAVE had this happen. I had a prior boyfriend suck on a mint while he DATY and a day or so after I got a yeast infection and the only thing different was his use of the candy.

However, I have had someone chew up a candy in his mouth first then do it and it did not seem to make any adverse reactions.

the menthol adds to it.  I've tried this with my wife, and she had no side effects.  When I've done it with providers, I haven't heard on the subsequent visit that there was a problem.  Without the sugar, there should be no side effects.

Purely for scientific reasons, I volunteer to try all of the above suggestions on any of the ladies that responded to the post. ;-)

Oh my goodness yes yes yes.....cough drops can feel sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sooooooooooooooooooo yummy.

But your SO was probably right about a, shall we say, uncomfortable side effect. If whatever you used had sugar in it, she might have developed a yeast infection.

never ever ever use something containing sugar down there! They make sugar free cough drops though - so go to town and have fun. She'll LOVE it. Next time, try sharing a sugar free lollipop flavored by your favorite juices *giggle*

guys on the other hand, are not so delicate. My personal recommendation - pop rocks baby LOL

Some gals are more sensitive than others, but sugar and absorbant vaginal tissues do not go well together!  Maybe try some sugar free types :).

This holds true as well for other things as well...be cautious with foods like fruits, chocolate, and whipped cream as well.  You can always throw a cover on a banana!

Works for both parties, never had a complaint, nor has a lady later complained of side effects. Perhaps the alcohol content offsets the sugars.

Wow, never tried that, but it sounds like a blast!

On the top of my to-do list for January :)

it's been well received. I provides a different sensation when you lick or even blow your breath gently across her clit.

I bring Scope w/ me and if I'm paying some attention to the back door I'll excuse myself, hit the Scope and return to either kiss or return to the front door.

Providers haven't experienced any side effects that they've told me about and the sensation has been positive.

I love the idea of in mouth enhancers, but ordinary breath mints don't really for much for me... gotta be something strong :)

Listerine breath strips are a neat concept, especially when you take the disinfectant properties into consideration, lol! I've received some praise for my innovative use of Altoids as well, but Hall's cough drops (with mentho-vapor action!) were the ones that had all the girls talking in the highschool locker room...

My favorite is ice! After the champagne is done, and the chilling bucket is still full... it's wonderful :) I have a pretty quick tongue to keep it moving around, so no need to worry about a brain freeze - as if there was a brain in your little head anyway :)

So, it seems the consensus is:
1.  Usually a good sensation for her
2.  AVOID SUGARS!
3.  Breath strips a possibility
4.  Can never go wrong with champagne
5.  Pop rocks have an avid (if underground) following.

Number 5 brings up a funny scenario.  Being slightly weirded out by the prospect of being seen purchasing pop rocks at the local 7-Eleven, having to pay a kid to buy them and deliver them to me outside the store.

You gals and guys are great!
