It actually saves me the embarassment of saying something incredibly stupid on the phone, not that I can't be an asshole in an email. At least with an email, I have the option of proofreading first.

Email is my preference.

It matters to me.  Not sure why but I take emails as "evidence" so I don't like that. Being that I'm married with 5 kids (from my current and my ex) I'm very careful not to have ANY tracks. (even if its a bit extreme).

As long as she is not one of those providers that will not give out her phone until immediately before the date, I don't mind.

I normally insist on at least a short phone conversation before actually booking an appointment. Some providers don't like this and I rarely if ever book with those providers that won't ever answer a phone call.

and feel good about  -  or perhaps have already screened.

Email is a better way for a gent to compose his thoughts and present himself and his screening info anyway.

A better way for you to communicate initially especially if you have detailed contact protocols (as you should)

A blurb on your page giving some direction as to what you need will be followed rigorously (by me anyway lol)

I'm good to go.  I do like to call the number and chat briefly a day or two before just to make sure that I have the number correctly.

I don't think it would be cops but I miss spell to much to get a date even if I have to pay for it.

I prefer the first contact to be email or some form of instant message.  So obviously, I would not pass on her.  I'm a little hesitant to make first contact on the phone, so email is fine for me.  I generally pass on a provider if her preferred first contact is a phone call.

I rarely talk to her on the phone until I am getting final directions to her incall.

I like making the first contact by e mail.  You can say what you need to/want to, and she can do the same.  It can sometimes be awkward by phone when NO contact has been made at first.  You know, the silent pauses, the um's, uh's etc.
A couple e mails, and you have some idea about the person on the other end, and the phone call usually goes much better!  IMHO

As long as I have the cell number for the date, I'm fine with it.

if she offers what I want, and physically my type, and is TER reviewed (with good descriptions) I will probably contact her.  Although, i must say, hearing the voice is an important part of the experience.... although I have been known to travel across the US just to see someone I only met through TER.  

Likewise I have met other providers only through e-mail, but mainly due to having met them on TER and getting a good picture of their personality.

I may be a little suspicious if there are not many reviews that she maybe fake...hopefully reviews would clear up the details on how and when she contacts you...
