OK guys, it happens to all of us from time to time, but for me it has been a life long issue. I simply can't hold back most of the time and it effects relationships trust me.  

I have seen these adds for clinics in various cities throughout the country that claim a 90% success rate of curing PE in one visit..

I would love to hear from someone who has sought treatment or other with treatment advise.

I would agree completely with Turkana's answer. That is one of the really great benefits of getting older.

In the meantime, there are a number of exercises that you can do to help you achieve control. Apparently, the muscles you want to develop are your PC muscles (pubococcygeal) muscles.

Check the internet and you will find all kinds of sites that will walk you through the process of achieving better control.

Premature ejaculation is a myth. After the first pop ... just wait till you are ready to go again and you will last a little (or a lot) longer. After the second pop .. same thing .. except this time you should last even that much longer.

If you are only capable of getting it up one time, then this will not be the answer.

When I was younger and concerned with the same issue I would masturbate before seeing my GF or provider to ensure a longer session.

If you explain this situation to most women they are more than happy to wait for the second go around. Believe me they have their issues as well
