If i roamed into a town that i wasn't particularly familiar with would a provider be willing to show me around? Is this inquiry considered a slap in the face? Like Jack reminded us, this is about buying time isn't it? I often go outside of my parameters when engaging potential clients. How many of us hobbyists hit the links with would be clients? Drinks after hours to woo someone in.

Of course a provider would love to spend a few hours with you painting the town pink. Yeah, just like a real date. As long as you are paying her to develop your social skills or to help you get by in life, why would they not?
I have had a "date" with a client. He calls the next day and asks can we go site-seeing together and you show me around. we worked out a price and I bought lunch. We had a great time and he got to see Manhattan through a New Yawker's eyes. I would do it again in a heart-beat.
I think most providers would be delighted to show a hobbyist around town as long as she is compensated at her rate for her time.Maybe not in the town she lives in , unless her friends know she is a provider.I mean how many Uncles or Grand Dads can a lady have? I would wager the average provider would rather go out on the town with a paying hobbyist than staying in all night getting pinched,licked,and probed a hour or two at a time. I can only imagine it would be a lot of fun taking my favorite providers out on the town for the night, or the week.. If I already owned that 77 convertible it wouldn't be a insult on my meager wallet. Until then I will have to stay in my World of Reality and save the Popcorn and walks in the Park for the civvies that sometimes complain..
There seems to be a mindset among some subset of the provider population that if you book them for anything but sex, then you must not find them attractive.
Among providers that I have never before seen for an appointment involving sex, I have batted precisely ZERO on securing COMPENSATED non-sex time.
About half the time, it has been "What? You don't think I'm sexy?" The other half of the time it has been ladies not reading properly, and ASSUMING I was asking for UNcompensated time even when I specifically stated the time would be compensated.
Usually, having considerable patience but little tolerance, I have allowed such mistaken assumptions to stand rather than correcting them; because if a lady can't read she is not my type.
However, among those that I have previously seen for an appointment involving sex, I have batted about 50/50. 50% have gone along, and the other 50% have figured out some way of making sex part of it -- which is fine.
So I would say the best bet for compensated non-sex time is with a lady you have previously seen for sex. She already knows you pay so her default assumptions are in your favor; and she already knows you find her sexually attractive.
