1. Craigslist Killer - No difference working from home or hotel for this risk.  It could happen either place.

2. Traffic in and out - Much easier to spot traffic in and out of a residence over the course of a few weeks than in and out of a hotel room.  For one, you have the same neighbors every day at home who know who to expect.  And these neighbors have a greater interest and stake in the happenings in their neighborhood.  A dude across the hall from you has no idea who should be going into your room, will likely not see more than 1 or 2, and won't care either way.

Your biggest threat in the hotel is housekeeping, who probably don't care, and who will care much less when you leave Alexander Hamilton or Andrew Jackson (or even Abe) sleeping on the pillow every morning.

3.The cost of cancellations should be a happy trade-off for the security of knowing that your clients don't know where the fuck you live

when Lungman and ridgetucky are the voice of reason in their replies!

She does need to change a few things when it comes to hooking, that's for sure!

I wonder what his response would have been?

AAR I am surprised no one called the OP a hooktard, because she certainly fits the definition. lol

and Dungy I am ashamed and disappointed in you, I think you are intentionally throwing the competition just because you know I have money riding on you. lol

Every day there is a new contender, and it may go down to the wire with last few days deciding the winner.

Don't count out Dungman Dungbettle and RidgeFucky just yet...

And above all..Don't lose hope.. :D

has left the building after a certain member exposed his MFM activities.  But no doubt he'll be back when he thinks the coast is clear.  But it won't be.

not that I want to judge, just saying...........

and found out he liked to cuddle.  I dubbed him "the Cuddler," and kept putting up that Mike Epps video.  Poor Laffy's head exploded.

Sometimes you just shake your head in disbelief.  Soooo many things wrong in that scenario

I work from home, BUT I do not just take everyone who calls, and if it is a new client I will usually get a room for our first session, and then once I feel a little more comfortable with him, invite him to my incall.

BUT I also live in an apartment building, so my door cannot be accessed by anyone. You have to have a key. And I have a 2 bedroom apartment, and use 1 bedroom for myself and the 2nd bedroom for sessions.

While I am planning on getting a second apartment very soon, at this time it is not financially possible. But I have worked out of my home for about 75% of my career and I haven't had any problems as of yet.

But the OP on the linked thread did a lot of other things wrong, and sounds like she just doesn't know how to control the situation. As providers we have to be the one in control or you open yourself up to abuse.
