I think she was just trying to stay within TER guidelines and to discourage anyone answering her query from breaking TER rules as well by mentioning competing sites.

I will also go on record and say that her efforts have not gone unnoticed, and are greatly appreciated. I hate having to reject posts and hate moderating members even more. It causes extra work for me and interferes with the flow of conversation on the board.

That said, I don't live in a vacuum, and I am copletely aware there are other sites out there. Please be aware of TER rules though, and send those links by PM, they are not allowed on any TER board.

It's a much better drive time and way bigger than Sierra Vista.  And I never really looked at Sierra Vista, because it was so small.  Just sort of assumed it would be a 0.

Yes folks, spamming the boards with ads is grounds for banishment, not just moderation.

Lately, I've been blasting 20 posts/day.  Not intentionally, but we're getting lots of spam and people using the GD board as ad space.  I've moderated 1 or 2, but I've let out a few to keep the equilibrium.
