I see discussions about real vs silicone and many seem to know the difference visually and/or by feel. Also, some discussion about effects on the nipples when there are implants. To the best of my knowledge, I've never seen 1 on 1 or touched and played with an enhanced set. Could someone point me to a reference to figure out when it is real or Dow Corning or for those who know give me some indicators. I sort or thought there would be a scar but apparently, possibly not. I understand nature seldom makes perfect mirror images breasts but I've seem some that the owner swore were natural and I think I'd need micrometers and other instruments to find differences.  I have seen some photos where it looks like someone stuffed the breast, i.e. they just bulge out from the chest with little or no curvature and I assume they are implants but not 100% sure.

I prefer a natural breast and I usually choose to see ladies with natural breasts.  I have, however, seen ladies with implants.  I have even had the pleaseure of seeing a few ladies with implants done so well that they appeared all natural.

I dislike the fake feeling breasts, you know, the rock hard chest rockets that no one buys as real...I just don't see the point.

Many ladies will have a scar under their breasts or around the areola that will signify a breast augmentation surgery.  However, if she had a great surgeon and the breasts feel real, only their doctor will ever know for sure.

I suggest you just enjoy the fact you are around naked boobies and forget about whether they are real or not.

just enjoy them.  If you find a pair that you can tell are fake, make you decision on whether or not you like them.

Real, Memorex-doesn't matter to me. Just the fact that the ladies are willing to let me play is more than enopugh for me.

Look from the side. You could see the breasts bulge from the back to the front.

When she's facing downward or giving a BJ, you could see that they don't hang naturally.

Look for motion or jingle.

With your hands on the front of them, you won't tell the difference if the job is good. If you feel them at the sides, though, there is a difference there.

The state of the art has gotten to be very good, though. Why ruin a perfectly good session scouting out whether her breasts are enhanced?

No preference.  The old enhanced breasts from 8-10 years ago that were very hard were not as much fun.  Medical science has come a long way.

I read a recent review of a post-op TS and the reviewer said the breasts felt great but he couldn't tell if they were real or not!  Sounded like he was writing a fake review but picked the wrong provider.

...and her breasts either rise up closer to her chin, or don't move at all...they are FAKE.

If you feel like you are groping a rock, they are FAKE.

If her nipples are pointing at the ceiling and/or in random, unequal directions, they are FAKE.

If she is 5'0" and has 2 perfectly round, basketball sized spheres on her chest that don't move, they are FAKE.

Otherwise....WHO CARES! Bury you face in those puppies and smile (and if she allows it...go for a motorboat!).

They now have "cohesive gel" implants, A/K/A "Gummy bear" implants and they are more of a gummy bear consistency. One type of these implants is teardrop shaped too. It is supposed to look more natural.They can put saline implants in through the belly button or under the arm also, so it is hard to know where there may or may not be a scar, and lots of things are done now days via the navel, so if there is a small scar there, it could be due to any number of things. If the implants are under the muscle wall they are much less "high and round" looking. I refuse to ever get them if I have no guarantee they will look and feel natural. Things have progressed a lot over the last few years and technology keeps getting better and better, so maybe, some day...($ is an issue also)

I have the cohesive gel and they are so soft, it's almost unbelievable how natural they feel. And after only three months out of bandages I have already done a shoot for a site the prides itself on only featuring "all natural" breasts!! Shhhh... If they can't tell, I'm not going to tell them.

Choosing a good surgeon is key. Knowing mine is an artist, I literally told him to do what ever he though would look best on my frame. He did a stupendous job, and it was worth every single penny.

Thanks all. In my post, I did not mention if I had a preference, was concerned, worried or anything else. I have just read reviews where it was mentioned and I thought I'd ask what are the indications. The question was only academic. I won't know if I in fact have a preference until I know for sure I've experienced both.  As I tend to spend much of my time in the southern regions at eye level, I may actually never see if there is a visual difference .
