Cock rings can be helpful in venous leak leading to problems maintaining an erection. The trick is, the pressure exerted has to be higher than the venous pressure but lower than the arterial diastolic pressure.  This can actually be measured using a delicate but non invasive and available instrument.  The venous pressure can be inferred by trial and error.  One of the people in my group used to work with them before viagra, etc when he ran an ED clinic.

I have never used one, but I have friends who say that --once you find the right fit and get comfortable with it-- you can maintain an erection for a long time.

There can be problems if it is too tight.

.. but an "O Ring" is something I don't think I'm familiar with - besides the auto or machine shop kind!!     Of course, once you "say" it - I figure that I'll go "Oh, that!!"

They are either too loose or too tight. Plus they can be difficult to put on and take off.

Why would any lady mind you using one..It doesn't cause any danger or problem for them.

What ever works for you during your time to get the best experience would be fine with me..

So many gentlemen go for the little blue pill without trying a cock ring first..Any pill has side effects so by all means do the least possible thing first.

I put mine around the cock AND scrotum. This works much better than those designed to constrict just the cock. If it's around just the cock, the slightest loss of erection results in further constriction of the arterial flow and the whole thing sort of collapses on you. You can't recover, so you must take it off and start over.

With an adjustable one you can apply it fairly loosely, then increase the tension (tightness) slowly as your erection is achieved. Then tighten it all the way to your prefered maximum, but of course not too tight. I try to not leave it on for more than 20 to 30 minutes max.

Most providers should have no problem with their clients using Cock Rings - as long as they appear to be safe.  Providers are generally more open to experimentation and toys than women who do not work in the sex industry.  

Many providers are dedicated professionals.  We study to learn everything we can about the sexual function of men.  We want them to totally enjoy our time together.  

Cock Rings may help with performance anxiety, ED and even premature ejaculation for some men. :)  It's not a magic bullet, but it can bring relief and Cock Rings are fun to play with.

I bring safe, Cock Rings to my sessions just in case we want to experiment.  Cock Rings are fun and the client get's to take home a souvenir. (The ones I buy can't be cleaned well, so the client keeps the CR I use on him.  He can bring it to our next session so we can use it again.) :)

More than half of the men who have tried Cock Rings with me have enjoyed them.  Some men LOVE Cock Rings!
