5. Assuming it actually goes well; they are hosting in your building AND they are amenable to meet and bang. Now
what? What if they charge over your budget? What if they provide lousy service? What if you see them by the pool/in the laundry room/in the parking lot? How fucking awkward will that be?
6. What if the Landlord (and LE) does find out and you are implicated? Is losing your home and possibly getting busted, and the subsequent legal fees and reputation loss worth the convenience of super-local pussy?
Here's an alternative idea: Find ANY other provider using the TER search tool.

Remember the OP is about the guy living in the same building as the provider and not someone that merely lives "nearby." What they don't know is best. Try and find them on a site and then make a date. Don't divulge that you live in the building. If you run into them after the date just ignore and get on with your day.

You said you're fairly positive, how so? Can you confirm they are who you think they are from an ad? Can you confirm the people you've seen are mongers? Do mongers have a certain look? How big is your apartment building?
There are plenty of platforms that you can check both locally and nationally to see they are working girls. Of course that just depends on what level of the hobby they are at e.g. are they local STG girls, are they on Eros, P411, etc..?
