Now see, there you go assuming...if all terrorists wore cow suits, we'd still need to use profiling to assume that all cow suit wearers were terrorists.  Yikes, I can't believe I'm even going here, but what the hell...let me modify my position.

Phase one.  All terrorists are to wear cow suits.

Phase two.  We'll hire a consulting firm to study any harm done to civil liberties by profiling cow suit wearers in our hunt for terrorists.

Phase three.  We'll ignore the consultants findings, and put it on the ballot to the voters.

Phase four.  The courts will find the act unconstitutional, and we'll go back to the people touting our record on fighting terror.

I think I may have some bureaucrat in me after all.  Maybe I'll sit at my desk, looking busy for the rest of the day, just to prove it.
