I live, work and play/hobby in the greater Northern VA, Washington DC, MD & Baltimore suburban area. It's pretty much one huge suburban area that is quite diverse and geographically spread out.

Many visiting ladies come here and stay in N VA or downtown DC (for some good, and sometimes not so good, reasons). If I find them particularly hot or like their reviews I sometimes send a PM asking if they have any plans to hit central MD, BWI or Baltimore. Sometimes it's just banter, but I wouldn't ever ask if if I wasn't willing to book if they had an incall available.

Most of the replies are pretty straightforward. Yes, No, Where is that, etc. No points ever deducted for asking if you don't know. I'm of the mind that the smartest folks are the ones who know what it is they don't know.

That said, I PMed a beautiful young lady with some great reviews who placed an ad to be in northern VA just west of DC. Probably an hour haul for me on a good day, and just not possible. I asked my standard question about if she planned to hit central MD or Baltimore, and I am still unsure of how I should have responded.

The young lady stated that she was in Manhattan and asked if that was any closer. Obviously, I said that, "No, this was any closer...", but shit, I didn't know whether to LMAO, cry or send money to the local school board!

Now, this is meant as a good natured rant about those who are geographically challenged. There are some real geographic challenges to be overcome here as we saw with visiting Kristen and Tysons versus Towson. They sound the same, but one is in N VA and the other in N Baltimore. Completely understandable, and hell... I'd make the trip for her if the travel time wasn't an issue.

But I just have to chuckle at Manhattan. Maybe I should have asked if she meant during rush hour

As for the young lady, if you're reading this, I hope you take this in the spirit intended. OK, and maybe take a look at a map to see where Tysons Corner, central MD and Manhattan are located
