I basically agree with the reply that said most of the utr are 1k plus model types who work with agencies and super discreet. A provider does not have to have an account / membership to be reviewed on TER. Many providers may have reviews on TER without even being aware of having reviews or TER.

They would have to have a website link.  Also I believe (not sure) that a provider can request to be de-listed.

A truly "UTR" woman with no web presence can not be reviewed here and any woman who doesn't want to be reviewed here has only to ask. I have seen many posts regarding the movement.
