I'm with you LIP - I'm keeping my Capricorn status no matter what they say!  I definitely live up to the Capricorn profile, which I've often found interesting considering my non-belief in astrology.

Those changes are for the sidereal zodiac, which is tied to the constellations. Western astrology, the one we're most familiar with, uses the tropical zodiac, which is tied to seasons. Therefore, unless you're following sidereal-based astrology, you have nothing to worry about.
