A long time well reviewed provider has recently gone indy. There is now a new profile that has been started for her with just a couple of reviews. I don't know if this was done on purpose because as an indy its like she is someone new or starting over, with her own website, email etc that would not match her old agency info, or if the reviewers just didn't know about the existing profile.
So should the two separate profiles remain, or should it be reported as a "problem" to alert TER to combine them into the same profile?
I would file a problem report. The gal will be perceived by some as a new provider by some. She earned the older reviews and she has a right have them all viewed as a whole.
