I agree, and I have been wondering, how do providers keep on top of getting STD's, or worse yet spreading STD's or HIV.  I always worry about this?

National HIV Testing Day events offer an excellent opportunity to get tested for HIV. But an HIV test can be taken on any day and we should all resolve to take the test and take control of our health.

National HIV Testing Day also provides an invaluable opportunity to dispel the myths and stigma associated with HIV testing, and to reach those who have never been tested or who have engaged in high-risk behavior since their last test.

“I get tested for HIV twice a year. … One has to be socially aware,” [Scarlett Johansson] says. “It’s part of being a decent human, to be tested for STDs. It’s just disgusting behavior when people don’t. It’s so irresponsible.”
