First off the reviewer blew it by not filling in the various fields on the profile and then Admin blew it by approving the review. lol
As for the 8 for performance I would assume that it was because she performed a BBBJ which would qualify her for a max score of 8. Obviously both the reviewer and Admin blew it by publishing a review where the text indicates services performed that are not mentioned in the profile.
You talk about the reviewer and TER blowing the profile. You know a lot about blowing things, don't you? Instead of filing a Problem Report to correct the profile, you blew it by bitching about it on the board. Why don't you do something constructive once in a while? Try taking some proactive steps to improve things on TER instead of always trying to tear things down.
