breast implants, even though she had nice "B's". Turns out during the pre-op testing the docs found breast cancer. After her breasts were removed because of the cancer, she got implants to help keep her womanly figure.

If you don't like how they look then find someone who looks like what you want. But for me, I find women who are comfortable in their own skin (be it pierced, tattooed, or implanted) much more sexy than women who obviously don't like how they look.
Some of my most amazing times have been with women who do not look like my typical 'type' (which, by the way, is very thin , small chested and natural looking). My best ever sex was with a girl who was way off my type, but whose personality was so vivacious that she filled a room with fun and life. I've had my most amazing deep conversations with people who have utterly different views and beliefs to me.
But in the end, no one is making you shag anyone you don't want to. If you find that there is no one left after you run through your requirements then perhaps you should examine your own attitudes and ask why you are so far from what everyone else believes is appropriate.

Just watch out when you have to get mammograms. They have to pull those babies and squish them like hell to make for damn sure they're seeing everything on the chest wall. That's the only down side I see in that area.

If one should live they way another deems they should, are you sure you shouldn't get a tattoo, piercings, and breast enlargement because the way you are now is offensive?!

One of my favorite providers has both extensive tatoos and fakes. Her tatoos tell her life story and keep the tales close to her heart. When she first met me, she covered her tatoos with a sweater and a long skirt and I asked her never to that again. She is quite beautiful and her beauty has been enhanced by the body art. Especially now that I know what each of them mean to her.
She also has sizable surgically implanted breasts. It wasn't her idea to have herself enhanced. She just wanted to feel better after most of her breasts was taken in a partial mastectomy. Do you think that she should have kept her breasts malformed? She didn't ask for breast cancer.
It sometimes gets to me how ignorant and narrow minded some people can be in a hobby that just about requires open mindedness to be able to participate. Please choose your companions according your own tastes, but your post is offensive.
