I just went to re-read a review I wrote last week, and this was the new title of the provider's page: Jane Doe (PAID FOR FAKE REVIEWS)'s Profile. All of her reviews are gone.
Is this something someone could do by logging into Jane Doe's account, or would the person need to drill down further than that to make these changes?

Search on "Providers with something to hide" with no specific criteria and you'll see several of these. This particular label seems to have started only this year. And there's other labels explaining why the provider has something to hide. Interesting! Thanks for bringing it to our attention

We gave her a very long explanation and much more information that she really deserves, even after she threatened to communicate with us through the lawyers. She seems to be very manipulative, which only proves our point. Also please bear in mind we are the reviews site, so unless we had the evidence and were sure, we would not get rid of the reviews that build our website. But to make sure our community is fairly informed - we do not tolerate false reviews. Even if they are accompanied by many real reviews - like yours - still she had the fake ones as well.
I'm posting under an alias because I don't want to out her, because I don't know what's really going on.
However, I will PM you using my TER handle and give you her name. If I see her name posted here or elsewhere related to this issue, that will be a problem.
