and posting before I can finish what I was going to say.
There was a list kept by agencies and passed around.
There was a serial rapist and mutilator and he actually called me.
It was a good thing I knew who he was.
I think it should be harmless to get a name and DOB .
It seems pretty reasonable.
So basically there si a boycott of non-screeners?
Maybe some ladies don't want any evidence around and don't want anything to indicate they need to screen because they are just companions as far as anyone knows.
at one point I made guys give me their vehicle registration and took down there addresses because it was such a hostile environment during the DC madame thing and the DOJ looking at TER.
But i didn't keep their info long.
It all got shredded.
I don't want anything around.
Using references for "hobby " is organized crime -period.
I have no way to know if I give a reference if that girl has a conviction for prostitution or not.
I am not going to be getting a RICO case.
I don't know if you have noticed but LE is is not going to let up on the hobby and it is going to snowball.
I have also noticed that many guys are way to indiscreet and so are the ladies.
People are getting RICO charges all over the Southern United states.
I am not going to be the first one in my jurisdiction or any time.
I say this whole screening thing is a case waiting to happen down the line.
I am not chancing having my assets confiscated.
You have a false sense of security with this screening and you are actually putting yourself and the lady more at risk.
I eagerly await your responses.
How do you think screening protects you?
I'm not comfortable and know about the what ifs myself. I don't think a big case can be made but why put yourself in the fire anyway. I do give references to ladies I know but as you said one never knows what happened before they dialed your number or sent that e-mail.

Screening isn't just about attempting to eliminate the possibility of being arrested.
The police may temporarily complicate a provider's life- she will have a life to lead after the ordeal is over.
If a provider unwittingly allows a violent sex offender into her location or arrives at his doorstep because she didn't take a few minutes to check a reference or run a name through public databases she may not have the luxury of having a life to lead after the ordeal is over.
I don't criticize any woman for her choices in the business, but I think that choosing to neglect screening is an overly simplistic solution to avoiding additional charges that you WILL incur when your luck runs out.
I love all of you ladies and want you all to be safe therefore I'm willing to give you any information you need to feel comfortable with me so we can get it on baby. If a guy is nervous about giving out information pass his ass up! Please play safe
I have been doing this now for almost 2 yrs. When I first started I didn't know what screening entailed..now I do.
I have done LOTS of homework and found things that work for me. Now is our screening 100% fool proof, nope. However, I do know that when I get the legal name, city you live in and DOB I can find out lots of information that I use to match up what is given to me. Oh and you can be darn tooting that I always check to see if they are a sex offender and have a criminal record. Without a legal name, you can't do that.
With all that recently went on it truly amazed me at how many ladies came to me and asked me what I do for screening. I think I maybe one of the few in my area that really is very diligent in screening using alot of different options. I personally do not judge other ladies for their process but it does frighten me what kind of harms way they may get themselves into. Sorry I just care about others.
As far as checking another girls reference is just a way to help reassure you may be safe. Grant you, a guy might act one way with one girl and another way with another. But I can't tell you how many times I have been warned about certain things about a gent that allowed me to decide not to or yes see the guy..I will freely give out references and just feel it is important to help out our fellow friends.
Here is another good point though.. even if you get a reference do your own research. You never know how that girl screened and with all going on lately, it's too risky to think she did nothing before allowing seeing this guy. Personally, I wouldn't trust her reference if I found out she did nothing.
I just wish all girls would take this process more seriously as I just don't like hearing horror stories, etc etc..
Let's just all be safe that is the key and oh enjoy all the fun too......
And I repeat:
Screening is not about LE, screening is about safety and peace of mind.
It's to avoid time wasters, robbers, murderers, rapists, stalkers and the list goes on and on...
I will even dare to say if LE wants you they will sure find a way to go around your screening process and get you!
Because like Bella said as much as we do everything we can to protect ourselves and screen screen and screen it is never 100% fool proof!
Screen on ladies!
Hos
and if they are willing to at least be honest with me about some minor details about themselves. helps me determine if they are timewasters or real hobbyists worth me getting dressed over and if they know how the 'hobby' game is played. and leave just a tiny, tiny little email trail of who i'm with if i turn up cold and dead or dont turn up at all. maybe it is all bullcrap and we are all deluded and goin get charged with RICO etc. I'm gonna keep on screening, because I just cant fling open my door and have a come one come all attitude. I gotta do something ... and screening is all I can do. LOL
When I see a succusscul case of that charge I may listen.
Tell me though, it sounds as if you are saying that you are a criminal and assume anyone asking for a reference is as well. See, I say otherwise about my work and assume the ladies who contact me are legitimate companions - which is quite legal.
I can't even get my car detailed without telling the company who I am. Oh, and while that company will pester me for years and maybe even sell off my info to other companies, I actually do what I can as a fairly tech saavy person to assure the info DOES disappear. I have no use or desire for a list that can be badgered to turn against me.
RICO is definitely a concern I'd doing duos with other ladies or representing then in any way, promotion is something for ladies and cents to be aware of, and the Mann act if traveling together... However, if I know who I am sharing time with I am much less likely to put myself in a situation where I will have those real concerns.
As another lady mentioned, my concerns are greater as they pertain to physical safety and more. If the Boston robber had met me his ass would have been in jail... Not out robbing and eventually killing another lady.
It is most definitely in your right to not screen. Godspeed.
Wow, this posting reads like a poem. When I wake up from the dreamstate it put me in, I'm gonna continue advocating for screening. Would you let anyone into your space, much less your body cavity? I wouldn't.
For me it is "No References- No Rides"
It's just like protection, it is the only way to protect yourself. A lot of girls won't give out references and they probably don't ask for references and I wonder how they screen. I would never take any risks like that, there is not amount of money in the world that I would exchange for getting arrested or hurt.
That's my two cents.

Come on. Only a hard up prosecutor is going to even try to elevate a misdemeanor offense to a felony charge like RICO. Any good defense lawyer would have the charges immediately dropped or reduced. BTW, I live in the South, and I haven't heard of one RICO case as a result of activity between providers and clients. Sure, there are probably some high visibility mafia/mob trials where prostitution is one of the organized criminal activities, but I just don't see LE going after indpendent providers who operate at the periphery of legalities.
You should check out that board to see how they are basically leaving the hobby alone.

SS, it’s hard to tell if you’re advocating for, or against screening here.
The fact that you were called by some violent wingnut who rapes and mutilates women, and you did not see the guy because it was lucky you knew who he was, should answer your own question as to whether screening is a good idea.
You should screen everyone ‘before’ they get in your door. You might not be so “lucky” one of these days.
I’m sure there are many ladies who would be more than willing to give you some pointers behind the scenes on some good ways to go about this.
As far as the US Attorneys office drafting federal conspiracy charges under the RICO act based on the exchange of references? That is pretty far fetched.
But, the possibility of getting dead trumps the possibility of getting arrested any day.
A good reason the screen, lol.
