Banging the neighbor lady is great.  She's close by.  She can cook, do laundry and clean your pipes.  She's in another building so you can do as you please or so it seems.  In most cases, you'll find out how close she is when you bring home some chippy from the bar one night and come out in the morning to find a butcher knife in your tire.  Who knows?  Maybe she's different.  Just remember that moving away isn't an easy option.
