Start by not being so serious. Even though they're selling pussy, they are all not great business people and to hell with customer service and who'll are you going to complain to, us? Try cultivating the right "friendships" and one begets the next, and so on. Trying to figure it out will give you headaches and these guys will give you a lot of shit. Pick your poison.

I've seen several providers recently, but I've had just as many problems as successes.  It's beginning to give me a fucking headache.

I had one indie provider totally flake out by failing to confirm an appointment.  Then I had an agency provider call-in sick 1-hour before our appointment, and then she was a no-show for the rescheduled appointment a week later.  Then I had another indie provider flake out by failing to confirm an appointment.  But the best was an indie provider this week who canceled our appointment because she just got engaged and she needs to see how her new hubby will deal with her fucking guys for cash.

I'm not sure what the fuck is going on.  With the economy in the shitter, it would seem like it wouldn't kill providers to show a little customer service?  I've got references, am prescreened, and pay well.  All of the ladies mentioned above except for one are pretty well-reviewed.  But I'm about ready to return to the fucking college bar scene.  It's less work to pick up a betty at a bar than to get some of these providers to commit.  Goddamn.

Plenty of flakes in this business. Keep that in kind and you will do just fine. Don't believe a damn thing providers tell you, it is all fake for whatever time you have bought.

Nothing against providers, just stating a simple fact. Had more than my share of flaky GF's in civvie life also which is why I gave that crap. At least with providers, they don't call you and bitch, that itself is well worth the money!

I am a provider and try to always give the best customer service I can when it comes to clients and to referencing clients for ladies.

I just received a reference request from a well reviewed provider and I confirmed that the guy she wanted to see was a total gentleman. She emailed him and said they were good to go, but when it came time for the appt. she was a NC/NS.

I don't get it. Why waste your time, my time, and my clients time with all the emails just to be a flake? I understand that things happen, but this isn't the first time she has done this, or the second, or the third, or the fourth....ect.

It takes a lot of time to verify a client and it takes a lot of time to answer emails. I sure wouldn't waste that time if I never planned on showing up.

Sorry you are having such issues.

Research maybe? I dunno, but I rarely have these issues, though I did just have an indy NCNS, n=but I also suspected she might flake, so I didn't get too invested and had researched possible last minute alternatives.

... possible last minute alternatives.
The funny thing is that, yesterday, I had TWO girls lined up just in case one flaked out.  They BOTH flaked out.  One no-show, and the other got married.  What are the odds!?

But it gets better: When I go home from my trip, and after I'd placed this post on TER, I found a provider that I've dealt with before who just happened to be traveling through my hometown.  I got through to her by phone, but she was unavailable because she was at the hospital with family!  LOL!

Oh fuck me already, this is too funny!

Btw, all of the ladies I'm referring to are well reviewed.  One has been consistently been reviewed as "Once In A Lifetime."

I don't have a problem with my appointments. Matter of fact, I'm prescreened and get PMs and shit from ladies wanting to see my crazy ass.

I don't know. Maybe cuz Mikey is fun?

Maybe if you treated them more like a person than a piece of meat you might get a better turn out.

Just sayin'.

You're a wee bit full of yourself here, aren't you?

Nah, nah, you got it all wrong dude.  Don't assume that everyone treats providers like the longshoremen treat your mother.  Just kidding.

I treat most providers like the fucking GODDESSES they are.  But I can't treat new providers any which way if they don't even show up for our first appointment.

"just in case".  It never hurts to have plan-B options researched, but having two lined up ready to go is bad juju IMO.

If one agreed to see you and was getting married, then she seriously lied to you (about getting married or that she would see you). Did girls in high school tell you that they had to wash their hair?

From the sounds of what you've written it is my esteemed and highly valued (OK, by me at least) opinion that you're sending the wrong vibe, or something along those lines. You're either making bad picks or saying something (or how you say it). The reviews don't necessarily mean a whole lot, and the review numbers mean even less. Most scores are inflated to begin with and many guys do not post about problems for fear of retribution/drama by the lady. Another meaning YMMV means that what they write isn't necessarily what happened.

In 36 reviews (and more sessions than that) in the last year (holy crap) I have had two ladies be late to the point (past 15 minutes) that I was ready to bail, and two NCNSs, and I don't try that hard.

I learned long ago that if I have a problem with someone, the problem could be me, them or us. If I repeatedly have the same problem with everyone (or most) then the common factor (and the source of the problem) is me.

How can I help you?
Seriously though, I truly do not understand that either. It IS a business and should be treated as sch, I know we providers have SOME leeway with cancellations BUT I completely respect my clients time, and though things happen RESPECT is a 2-way street, come to Chicago burbs ")
