i never said the girls were underage. he isnt that dumb. he made millions.why would he risk it all having someone that was underage. I would not watch a video of an actress acting like a 12 year old girl getting fisted and vomited on. But he has the right to portray that scene. It's in our constitution. I just would not watch it. I do not condone his behavior and portrayals but in my opinion he does have a case that his constitutional rights were violated. Just because people do not agree with his views and "art" does not mean the law is different for him. It is another example of laws manipulated for the supposed moral character of our society. Sad sad day when our rights are disregarded. There are so many comparable examples of art, music and film that can be compared to his extreme porn. Be careful because we will be next. Dude, it's called acting. Max hires women and pays them to act in his films. Any woman who works for any director owes it to herself to KNOW who she is working for and to discuss what will be expected. If you don't like his stuff (and I don't) that's fine but he isn't kidnapping women and forcing them to have a speculum shoved up into them.
