I admit paranoid. Saw a high class escort in Georgia she got arrested for prostitution drug possession fentyl, meth. Homeland security involved.
She wants to come see me in SC late at night only 2 hour drive but she is crossing state lines. I realize her prostitution is local only Georgia jurisdiction. But would HS use her to generate federal charges  of encite against me ? Guess Homeland sec not worried about a kinda $350 sugar baby deal and she would not get any reduced state charges so probably stupid to worry about right LOL Have not told her know she got arrested.

Knowing all of this, I probably wouldn't even respond to her unless it was someone I had been a regular with.  With that said, each of us have our own threshold for risk-tolerance in this biz.  If this makes for an exciting situation for you, maybe you should ignore the risks and go for it.

DHS doesn’t give a shit about prostitution.  And they only investigate drugs when it’s excessive (which fentanyl and meth are)…
But they aren’t going to use her to chase you.  DEA might… but highly unlikely DHS and DEA are going to do a coordinated activity for simple possession.

Can you please explain to me what "federal charges of encite" means? And then, read cdl's comment and follow his advice.

no way would I knowingly involve myself with anyone associated with meth or fentanyl.

Jeez,

C'mon Man! If I disallowed every provider whose been busted, I'd be sitting home waxing the Bishop.

I don't know what you're worried about. This babe is hardly public enemy number 1.

Maybe more info? Sorry, just not getting it.

It's simple.  Why stress about the situation, just move on to
the next Provider and block her number!

I have to say reading your post was a bit painful and I don't get some of what you said. Is English your second language?

I see you're just clueless, posting the same statute 5 times instead of answering the questions.

That’s the Mann Act. To the best of my knowledge the Feds rarely charge under the Mann Act unless a minor is involved or someone is being trafficked against their will.

Good to hear told you I was being paranoid. LOL
Guess can make it clear we are having a Sugar baby relationship. LOL She would have to be an informat too working with HS which is very unlikely as they could not lessen state charges on proven prostitution  and drug possession.

As I said in my original response, read cdl’s advice and the advice of the other experienced gents here and stay away. Why would you knowingly put yourself in the same place as a known druggie who is in the crosshairs of LEO? We all know that many of the ladies we see have substance issues. But that’s different from knowingly hanging out with one we KNOW LEO has its hands and eyes on.

Yeah, probably good idea. I would not be going to her though as she  woukd drive to SC private house and DEA HS doubt following her. She got charged simple possession  not dealing  and state crime of prostitution in Georgia.  My paronia was over Mann Act.

A resourceful Floridian not only harbored four playful porpoises in a pool beside his house, but discovered a way to keep them alive forever. All he had to do was feed them sea gulls.
.
So he ventured out in Biscayne Bay and trapped a quantity of gulls. When he tried to re-enter his house, however, he found his way blocked by some peaceful, toothless old lions who had escaped from the zoo and were stretched clear across the doorway. As our intrepid hero jumped over the dormant beasts, a posse of game wardens burst from the surrounding shrubbery and took him into custody.
.
The charge: Transporting gulls across staid lions for immortal porpoises.

I would never see a provider who was so bad at sex she could be charged criminally, but I have come close a few times.

To your credit, You self diagnosed yourself correctly - You are paranoid.  So now that this fact has been validated and acknowledged, please shut the fuck up and get professional help for your problem rather than thinking this board can solve your issues.

Was she charged with both Drug Possession & Prostitution or just Drug Possession? If she was charged with just Drug Possession then make sure that she does not have drugs on herself when she comes over. And ask her how she manage to get away from the legal system (because if they got her on both charges) then maybe they made a deal. Meaning if she's being charged with Prostitution and Drug possession then the DEA & Other legal people could reduce her charges in exchange for her getting the Hobbyists that she deals with turned in.
