Well, it's Monday and for the past 2-3 months I've gone to the same place for lunch on Monday (when I'm in town). The food at this place is eh, OK. The ambiance is a sports bar. But the bartender is absolutely amazing, beautiful, sexy etc. She always dresses just a little slutty, not blatantly, just always something that she is wearing is slutty, and I adore sluts.
She works as a bartender at another place which I visited simply because she works there, and it's Friday night so I can have a Bourbon, or three. So I go there for a nice dinner and some Bourbon and she is wearing this tight mini dress and oh my goodness, she looked fabulous. As I'm sitting at the bar, a guy walks up to order a drink and as she walks away to get his drink he mentions to me how hot she looks. I told him "yeah, that woman is top shelf". If you ever heard of a woman described as a thoroughbred, well she fits that analogy. Yummy.
Oh how I wish she was a provider. Any of you guys have that woman in your real life that you lust over so much that you wish she was a provider?

Funny, after hookers, I date more bartenders/cocktail waitresses than any other type of women. I guess it's because I spend so much time in bars.

I have no game, I can fill an envelope correctly, so I do well in our world and I know I'm going to get laid so I can just be me, I'm comfortable and confident in our world.
But in a bar scene where the guys who are successful are flashy, Rico Suave types, no I don't do well in that environment. And that's perfectly fine, I do as well as I want to in our world, they do well in theirs.
This bartender has caught me looking on numerous occasions, and she still spends her free moments, when she's not waiting on other customers, chatting with me. She's mentioned her boyfriend from time to time, but not as a wall builder just in conversation. This tells me that she enjoys our light small talk, but I could only wish she was a provider.
I can go home tonight and fantasize about her being an UTR provider though. Hmmm yummy.
I like her as a person, as much as I know of her, and I really, really like to look at her, so leaving it as it is, is exactly what I'll do. Doesn't mean I can't go home and rub one out to the thought of her though.

No, but I did wind up dating one of them a few times. This was outside my home
city so it was good a find to have someone to have dinner and drinks with in Savannah.
And buy her a drink. I had some success with bartenders and it's a challenge because they get hit on every day. Try this one, ask her, "What time do get off" Regardless of her answer, smile and say,"Can I watch?" It's bound to get a laugh. You have to flirt with her a lot. Forget endless complements. She's heard them all before. She knows you're feasting on her every time you look at her. I remember asking a Nicole Kidman lookalike why she wore a Men's watch. It wasn't a men's watch, but it was big and clunky and didn't look right on her. Of course I told her that.
She mentioned that she dated me because I didn't complement her endlessly like most guys. She also said she didn't date customers so I suggested we become "fuck buddies". She told me that I'd just have to find another bar. I did. Good Luck

Hot women know they are hot...because guys tell them from the time they are in 8th grade. I have had many a female bartender tell me they know exactly what they are doing behind the bar with regard their clothes and actions; it's a tip oriented operation. If she is chatting with you it means two things: you're nice to talk to, or you might tip her better. But what the hell, ask her out for coffee, dinner, whatever and see what she says. If it is "no" then you know the conversation was just that. BTW, if she says " no", expect the chit chat to go away. Good luck!

I have a keen weakness for hot bartenders and waitresses. Years before I ever dipped into P4P, I mooned over an incredibly hot and intelligent bartender that I would see weekly. Spent nearly a year joking with her and admiring her while trying to not over-do it or be pushy.
Thanks to a string of circumstances and a bet among friends (I lost), I was obligated to ask her out. Waited for the place to clear out at the end of the night - well beyond my normal departure time - since I didn't want witnesses to the flame-out. To my utter shock and delight, she said yes immediately and asked me why I had waited so long.
