So here is my rational for those that want to know.  Because I can't respond to all the PMs.

Obviously the question is very subjective and of course depends on the hobbyist.  But after reading this ladies' reviews there is no doubt in my mind that she IS THE BEST!

My date with the Provider I consider THE BEST was made for several reasons:
