I am wondering.....what would any of the gents do if a provider they were in session with suddenly got very ill?

Asthma attack
Epileptic Seizure
Food Poisoning

Something really serious....what would you do?

Not really serious or likely to land me in the news, but I did take care of a provider that tripped on her high heels in my hotel lobby on the way to see me and sprained her ankle.  She was a trooper and still arrived.  I had an ice bag and 2 Tylenol waiting for her when she arrived.

Ergo, I would do whatever was needed to preserve the provider's life.

Obviously, every circumstance is different and every medical emergency is different; and the environments in which they occur differ. So I can't state that I would do X or Y.

But I can state definitively that I would do *whatever is needed*. If that means calling 9-1-1, then that's what I'll do. If it means field surgery -- I've done that too. If it means clearing an obstruction or performing CPR -- that's what happens.

In my opinion, and I realize that some providers don't see eye to eye with me on this, when I lock myself in a room with a woman, her safety and wellbeing become my responsibility if she finds herself unable to take charge of them herself.

beause of some fear of getting caught by LE in the company of a provider would never enter my mind, and shame on anyone who would just leave a woman in the middle of a medical emergency, for any reason.

My feeling also extend to a provider who found herself in the same situation with a client, nothig would be more callous than for her to leave him for fear of LE. Some things are just clear cut that way, well to me at least.

BTW If anyone has any designs of using this thread as an excuse to reignite the earlier drama of today would be well warned not to. Anyone who thinks otherwise will end up moderated

After all the talking I did a few threads down about covering my own ass, this may seem contradictory, but some things take precedence.

I don't care if the girl was a scam, bait n' switch, just a total bitch, whatever, I'm not going to leave her there to die. What's a misdemeanor - charge, not conviction - compared to the end of someone's life?

I'd like to believe that shared humanity outweighs whatever other differences we all have, though I know it isn't always so. I'm probably in the minority for believing that allowing ones own instincts for self preservation to be more important than the very life of another human being in a moment as dire as that is beyond complacent - it's evil.

Myself, I draw the line at just being a prick. LMAO

Though I admit, once emergency responders are on the scene and have her in their care, I'm going to go double-0 and get the hell out of there if I can. If not, my lawyer might have to earn that fucking retainer.

GA I forgot until I was talking to Mikey earlier about it...

But maybe 2-3 years ago there was a provider (I wanna say in Chicago) who got extremely busy, she was a diabetic....didn't eat properly...and her glucose levels got too low.....she passed out and I THINK she went into a diabetic coma.....her lovely client left her in an elevator......other hotel guest found her

I know he took a beat down on every blacklist and board on the planet for that one...but I wonder if he still hobbies.....he was SUPER narcissistic....he was stuck on the but what if my wife found out.....and we were all like ummmm DUDE.......the EMT's don't give a shit what the hell you are doing in AN ELEVATOR with a provider.

Given the shit I dealt with over the weekend, I ordered a very small (like the same size as a pack of cigarettes) nebulizer.

Going forward, when I am on tour, or have an extended session.....I will just do a breathing treatment and deal with the side effects. The meds give me REALLY bad DT like shakes for about an hour.....kinda difficult to explain?...but maybe worth the explanation?

In reference to the side effects of such neutralizers, some complete maggot will probably post a stupid review or what happened to you on the weekend...saying that you're high on speed or some such crap...with some of these creatures, you just can't win. i say fuck em and take care of yourself. If that sonofanassfucker ever crosses my path and has something wrong...I'm walking and leaving the POS where he lays. Oh and I will find out who it is.

Yes so you should...maybe in the future on touchy threads I shall go back to that thread and see if it's been closed for commenting. Normally I don't bother but now I see the need. Doing a great job BTW.

Not the other thread...didn't read your comment in this one...again sorry and will pay more attention next time.

Just fucking kidding everybody! Actually, this happened to Allure` on one of our dates. I freaked out a little, but I stuck.

Actually, it was a sign of things to come. The lady has taken care of my dumbass on more than one occasion. And I'm mentally impaired, not physically...!

Be that as it may, even though I'm not as tight with every provider like I am with Allure`, I'd do whatever is necessary to make sure any lady is taken care of and back on her feet, or back, or knees, again.

I know. That's fucked up. I'll STFU for a little while now! ;)

And they last all day usually. Tell people that I haven't ate yet, or cuz of the damage I did to the nerves in my hands, breaking bones, cuz of pounding guys in the head.

Yep. When I was drinkin', among other things!

I'm a much more mellow Mikey now, if you can believe that...! ;)

Gently drag her down the hallway, prop her up against another rooms' door and call 911.

Just kidding folks!

Something really serious....what would you do?

You stay and see she is cared for, regardless of consequences.

In a position that would allow EMT's to assume that the lady was just arriving at your (clinic)room when she suddenly needed assistance.  Now you can call 911 comfortably.  (joking) Always call 911 before moving the body.

Call 911 and stay with her until she gets assistance.  I also hope that if the situation was reversed and I was the one who fell seriously ill that she would do the same.

....what would happen to me if I had a heart attack during a provider session.

Would she stick around and try to help me to survive ? Would she panic and run ?

If I survived would the doctor tell my family that the naked women in my room at the time saved my life.

Is this just another reason NOT to get involved with casino girls. They would be more inclined to run in panic, taking all your valuables with them.

But to answer the question posed, I would absolutely call 911 and stay to help make her comfortable in any way necessary until the pros arrive.

I think asking a question like this is pointless - everyone is going to say they would call for help and stay around until help arrives. IF they know CPR they will provide it, etc.

In reality, none of us know what stupid decision we might make, given the circumstance. I'm thinking many clients and providers would panic and take off. It's a terrible thing to do, but people don't always think clearly under stress.

I'm more likely to need medical intervention than she is.  LOL!!  I would hope to not have to do CPR in my birthday suit (she might really need resusitation from the sight of my hairy ass)...  but one does what one must.  Once EMT is in the door, grab clothes & lock self in bathroom...
I read an accont some time ago...  here on TER...  of client who had a heart attack.  Client instructed Provider to call Wife...  Client had understanding to play but not normally reveal when he was doing so.   Wife arrived just before the Rescue.  Thanked Provider for calling.  I think provider hid while wife handled EMTs.
skb

i'm curious.

Also, I have had this conversation with a couple of regular gals in the past.  Of course I would call 911 and assume I could take 100% care of my lady friend without my wife finding out about it at all.

But my conversations have been more to the point of -- what if I drop dead during a session?  Basically I begged my lady friend to drag my body down to my car and drive it somewhere nearby, scrubbing it of all evidence!  Ha ha!

I have had anther real emergency happen while seeing a provider involving the heath of her kid while I was with her I posted the story on anther thread so I will not repeat it but will provide the link. I know I would get her the help she needs and stay to comfort her if she requests it after the necessary help is provided. It is the right thing to do and consequences be damned. I hope she would do the same.

I'd make her as comfortable as possible and call 911.....or, if she was able.....take her to the hospital and make sure she was taken care of.    it's the least I can do!!!!

I'm n older guy and was breathing pretty heavy at the "end" of a really fun session with one of my favorite part-time girlfriends.  With concern in her voice she asked if I was OK.   I gasped out "I'm ok".  I then asked what she would do if I had a heart attack and died.  She maintains an in-call apartment just for business.   She said something like "gosh, if that really happened, I guess I would somehow get you dressed and drag you across the hall into the stairwell".  True story.  I figurred if I was really already gone, it would be no big deal, what a way to go.   She still a fave.

the lady receives the necessary care to save her life.  9-1-1 is called first then I would call the hotel operator and let her know about the 9-1-1 call and secondly, see if the hotel has any on-site medical personnel.  Hotel security will need to block an elevator for the medical response team.

after all you both strangers. What would be damn hard would be living with it. I would have to stay and just deal with fallout if any. I doubt that the 911 responders would give you much greif but LE probably would be more difficult if called. After the lady is taken care of probably best just to STFU. Not much they could do except scare the hell out of a guy.

I've had to call 911 for medical emergencies a few times before.  The EMS usually just asks what happened, and goes to work on the patient.  If the person is unconscience, there may be some additional info they would ask,  like if she/he took any drugs, or had a known medical conditions.  At that point it's a medical issue that is pretty much strictly between the patient and the healthcare worker.  Unless the 911 call includes a report of violence, or crime the police very rarely show up.  In fact with the medical emergency calls to 911 I've made, I've never seen a cop show up.  If LE did show, I don't know what they would, or could do if there was no prior legal investigation or complaint.  They'd have no clue, or reason to think anything.  Just a man and a woman.  I would think that to them it's just another medical emergency in a hotel room, or wherever.  Just my take.

Call for help. Ive had providers pass out & later talked with them about not leaving them.  It may be sex but get past the fear shes a person too.  Besides its probably illegal to leave her.

just call 911 from her phone.

- OR -

call 911 and say you saw a woman struggling as she entered her room, and wasn't sure, but to get immediate assistance regardless.

I'd be so sad if someone just left me hangin' because they were afraid of LE. :(

Call 911 immediately, administer first aid (I am trained in CPR), stay with her until help arrived and go with her to the hospital to give the hospital whatever information they needed to help her.

I would hope that a lady would do the same if I needed emergency medical attention.

We aren't just hobbyists and providers:  we are human beings.

Being in a healthcare related industry I will say that I would call 911 and wait with her until help arrived, rendering any aid I could. Unless you are acting hinky on the 911 line the cops don't show up with EMS- likely you will get a fire engine and then an ambulance - no worries.
