The U.S. government seized 2,536 syringes of vaginal tightening gel at the Minneapolis airport. The shipment had originated in Hong Kong and was headed for a residential address in Woodbury, Minnesota. Packaged in pink, the gel-filled syringes were ready for retail distribution. CBP coordinated with the Food and Drug Administration in seizing the shipment for violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The retail value of the product is estimated at $19,000 or about $7.50 per package.

On a serious note, I looked it up and seems these products are the same shade of effectiveness as most male "performance enhancement" products. Well, maybe a tad better as Amazon reviews for some of the gels aren't completely rock bottom.

Read ANY of my reviews and you will quickly see that I prefer slender providers.  You once were, and now you're not, and that is factual. If there is any SHAME in that, then it's on you.  If you want to call getting bigger "evolving", that is your right, but you're here selling customers your body, and commenting on your looks is part of the evaluation process, like it or not. TER reviews require an evaluation of both looks and service, so if you don't like my evaluation, that's too bad, because TER recognizes appearance as part of a provider's evaluation by customers creating a profile.  The drop-down list for ""build" includes choices of "a few extra pounds", "flabby" and "plus size." but since you are overly-sensitive about this aspect of being here, I will not say which one of these I would assign to you if I was creating your profile.  Many providers continue to take care of their bodies well into their forties, fifties and sixties.  I saw one last week that had just turned 50, and she was slim and hot as fuck.  Nevertheless, there is still a market for big girls.  Many get positive reviews from customers that like large and curvy women. But wait -- what was the basis for the seizure?  What part of FDCA was violated?  Are they alleging that the gel contains a controlled substance, or some other violation?

procedural if they didn't submit testing results to the FDA to back up their claims of effectiveness of the product.  You can make general claims like, "This will make you feel better," but you can't make a specific claim that it tightens the vagina without submitting a study or testing results that show the specific ingredients gave that result.  For male boner supplements, they all claim to have the ingredients that have been proven by science to enhance circulation and promote testosterone production, which does have a positive effect on erections for some, albeit however slight when compared to prescription meds.

And I think "prefilled syringes" come under special scrutiny.
