I do not understand why when someone calls a girl that has seen you before and ask to see her the next day while she is in town she is happy to see you and says sure and we agree on the time and she asks you to call the next day.Then when you call an hour before and she expects you to come an hour later than agreed. Do some of these girls think we don't have other things to attend to?

Such providers are greedy and don't understand that our time is valuable too.  They treat you like shit and you should respond the same way you would respond to any other business that treated you like shit.

She may have been delayed by another client or some unavoidable thing may have come up in her personal life.

I know it sucks, especially when you have to carefully arrange your schedule to avoid your own personal problems, but this is the life we choose.

All I am saying is, have some understanding and don't be too quick to judge.

Almost all of the time it was worth the extra effort. I don’t think that one such request means anything. If my schedule can’t accommodate then too bad for both of us.

But then again, I have had regulars that started to take advantage of me this way so I had to put my foot down so to speak.

There are also a few well known, high demand ladies that are always "late". For them it's generally known that one needs to reserve a larger block of time to insure success. Why do they do it? I don't know, because they can I guess.

I usually schedule a day or usually 2 in advance with my Favs...  once we work out a time, I've not had them switch times.  Darn right it is important.  
Once I have a time, I arrange other appointments so I'll not have to explain my whereabouts.  Once those are made, they can't be moved around easily.
Yes, If I had much of a change, I'd have to skip that date.  
It's not that the time is so "valueable" but that few are taking the whole afternoon off.  I know things do happen but if this happened more than once, I'd consider her unreliable & she'd not be a Fav anymore.
