I am wondering if anyone is using the Aneros Prostrate Massager and if so how you like it and how safe it is to use.

Since I don't have a prostate, I don't have personal experience with it.  However, some of the men in my life enjoy it a lot!  There are several different shapes and sizes (subtly different).  A good shop will have a nice variety.

It has never proven unsafe with my clients.

PM me if you'd like to hear more!

I've tried both the original MGX and the newest and largest Progasm, and they still can't replace a skillful Tantra provider offering male g-spot massage (or a girlfriend, if you are lucky to get one with such skills :)). It's something deeply intimate to have a woman touching you there and responding to the pulsation of your sacred spot.

I you go to the aneros website and try to register they ask you a silly math quesion: 5*5?, and if you do not know the anwer you cannot register.

What the fuck?  Anybody know what this all about?

I've had some women whose fingers are just too short. I've also had excellent one on one tantric experiences.

These devices look intriguing. I'd think about trying them with a partner who wasn't into it or wanted to learn.

I wonder why they don't make one with a vibrator option. I know pressure is the most important aspect, but this option would seem nice.

My opinion is YMMV. You may check Aneros forum for more opinions
