booking. No matter how smooth you play it, a lady taking two or more gents up the elevator with her in a given afternoon /evening will show up on the security tapes and be noticed by the security staff even if not noticed by the desk staff. NOT GOOD.
Best of all worlds - the elevators are not secured and can be taken from the parking garage level....
I was in one hotel in Nashville, TN that required a key for the top 5 floors.
One might have to go on a scouting mission to check out the layout/plans of the hotel.
As a provider who goes to lots of hotele in the city where they have key elevators, your best bet is to blend in and act like you are looking for someone in the lobby until someone goes to the elevator, let them enter first so they use their card, you can press your button after..just act like you belong. Not once after all this time of doing this, have I ever been stopped or questioned..
some elevators are "floor specific" IOW you can only punch in your floor if you have a room key for that floor.
I personally don't mind if either I or the provider comes down to meet in the lobby. As stated, the trick is to act like you belong and no one should dare ask you your business in fear of offending a valued and/or important customer of the hotel.
For the life of me, I can't imagine a hotel employee questioning my right to be in the hotel.
I don't recall running into that problem as of yet. I have in the past, just smiled sweetly at the gentleman and he places his card in the "hole" as I pretend to go through my purse
This should never be a problem if both parties plan ahead. IMHO a provider would have to be a fool to book an incall room with a keyed elevator.
If the visit is an outcall, and it is the provider coming to his room this should not even be an issue. Simply meet the lady in the Hotel bar or someplace close and walk up together like old friends.

I got a pm that brought up a valid point, many of you ladies book these rooms on priceline, etc. You can call these hotels directly while you are still online before you book and find out about their security. Thus avoiding keyed elevators.

Not if they are booking with the "Name your own price" option. You don't get to choose the property, only the area.
As a provider I would not encourage a provider to try to cut a few dollars because whether they are aware of it or not the hotel employee who is checking her in is aware of the fact that she booked through a discounted service- this can raise a red flag and in many areas the provider is just asking for trouble. Having the hotel staff pay extra close attention to you even before you checking is NEVER a good idea. It just isn’t worth the added risk.
Just my thoughts but surely a provider should be able to afford the room she is planning to work out of- maybe not… what can I say, I am one of THOSE providers, I guess from yester year when we actually had a specific style of working and ensured our safety as much as our clients. T
I travel a lot. I book hotels, cars, airline tickets through these services. You may feel important but the hotel staff has lot of work to do besides paying extra close eye on you to make you feel important.
Millions of people use these services that's how they stay in business.
From yester years indeed, world changed to Internet world in the 90's and a decade passed.
One can book five star hotels, resorts using them.
Sorry I did not realize exactly how priceline worked. (thanks for the clarification). I would suggest a different booking site, such as expedia or travelocity so you can see and call the hotel and ask about security before booking and while still online. P.S. Most hotels that have keyed elevators also have in house detectives. If one of these shows up at your door while you are entertaining especially with L.E. it will cost you more then the price of booking on a different sight. Not to mention there is always the danger priceline may put you in a hotel where stings have been run recently. This is something you would not know til you had already booked the hotel. Even if L.E. does not get involved having to find a new hotel on short notice could prove rather expensive as well. I have noticed some single providers will were a fake wedding ring so they feel it completes their story of being married when checking in.

I am very low volume and when using priceline sometmes you feel like you are just winging it and its all good.
I haVe met clents in the bar as a visitor or hostng.
I have also taken the ride down in the elevator. Here in the town I work in this is a hit or miss when hostinhg lin town or visiting a client. Lookas if you belong there is all...relax and just chill!!

For low volume ladies, this might work, but I think under most circumstances, a lady is setting herself up for a bust if not this trip the next. Meeting in the bar, lobby, or wherever is a bad idea, period. If exposes each of you to hotel dicks (nicer hotels) and other prying eyes (bartenders, hotel staff, maids) who are being trained more and more to report suspected prostitution.
Technology in and around quality hotels is such that no one goes "unobserved." Its wise to avoid keyed hotels. The astute provider chooses hotels with convention traffic and otherwise busy locale because your session mate will not stick out as much. Try going to one of the larger chain hotels in Chicago for example after 9PM and see if you are not followed. Just saying!
although I believe being cautious is Very important you seem to take the covert outlook on things.
As long as you are very careful and pay attention to what is going on n your surroundings its nit as covert as you would like the world to believe.
Although in a wek you may seea lady or two, most of us manuver our way atound hotels hotel staff and through lobbies on a very regular basis. Mst of us are quite good at at being invisible.
Discretion is always key.
I see your point and while we'll disagree, it's not for the same reasons. If a lady meets me for a drink, fine. I'd rather it be at a place across the street or down the block. Its simple really and maybe a bit out of the way, but even when you are being discreet, you may be meeting me where I work or do business. I may not want to see someone I know. If I am traveling in your locale, then that is another matter entirely. Alas, I think many higher end hotels are making a concerted effort to slow the traffic so to speak. While many may not participate, there's always one that might feel duty bound to tip off management. Don't assume that because you have great skills in the bedroom that you see all that is about you.

I’ve worked in hotels with key secured elevators-I’ve also worked at guarded resorts.As a provider I;ve utilized these properties as a service to my guests. I have made arrangements in the past with the concierge for the gentleman to simply pick up a key when he arrives. Not only does it make a nice impression on the gentleman who is visiting, it also sets the stage for an exclusive type upscale experience. Of course if a provider is utilizing this type property the gentleman usually expects an upscale experience and he compensates the lady accordingly.
While this isn’t exactly for every provider…. One who seeks a lower volume higher compensation this is an avenue of option. It does however, limit the number of guests the provider can have because a concierge is only willing to tolerate so much. It’s also advisable to discuss in advance your intention with the concierge and an ‘accomplice fee’ is usually expected….. Just my thoughts of how I worked with this situation in the past, it might or might not work for you…. You also have to make sure your guests are aware of te eenviroment and what is expected of his attire as wella s his behavior.

The problem with you scenario is that your gentlemen may not want the concierge knowing why he's there, you see? Who's to say the concierge is not a shake down artist? I wonder what if you discuss this arrangement with your callers in this scenario. What if my name is Tiger Woods and I don't want someone to know about my comings and goings?
BTW, if given the choice, I'd cancel.
In a post a bit above your last one you are warning providers to avoid the Priceline and other discount booking services as they will send a red falg to hotel staff. Now you are advocating greasing a concierge to pass out room keys to your customers...
What color would that flag be?
Concierges usually view it as a service to their customers- there is at least one high end property in each city I used to frequent in the US that had a concierge who happily worked with me. Also If they are tipped well they have no incentive to “shake you down” also having you busted would stop their added income so they usually look forward to your return.
Housekeeping can be compensated in the same manner. As far as the concierge having a key for a guy….It isn’t uncommon for a lady to arrive before her guest at a properly and leave a key w/ the concierge to pick up. It avoids the trouble of going through the front desk. Also, I have had visitors who prefer NOT to be recognized who had arrangements to use a service elevator- it worked out fine.
I guess it isn’t as clear to some- but I’ve been exposed to the practices for about 12 years now so it seems second nature to me. I didn’t mean to sound confusing sorry-
I wasn't really confused. In 20 plus years of hobbying I have known women who used all of your methods to great advantage. I also know women who save thousands of dollars on hotel rooms every year by using discount on line booking services.
To each his (or her) own. Every lady has to do what works for her. The fact of the matter is any woman traveling alone and checking into a hotel room will be a red flag for some front desk clerks. It doesn't mean they are watching you or even that they care about what you might be doing. The key is and will always be discretion.

As building a business relationship with any "accomplices" (i know i spelled that wrong, everyone get off my ass about it. thanks) is very tricky, takes cunning, fast talking and a steady flow of cash...and the flow of cash has the potential of turning into blackmail...as greed tends to complicate things.
If you have a few selected incalls in your home city, I could see this working out...if you are touring, its out the window.
Keycard floors/elevators is the first thing i check for when booking anyplace. Why? I am lazy really. Special considerations have to be..well, considered. Either you want them to swagger up to the front desk, meet you in the hotel lobby (another hells no) or meet them at a location near your incall. (which, is a hell no).
I cant stand keycarded floors/elevators. OMG. I understand the need for security..but at the same time, privacy and discretion are thrown out the window..and we all know how paranoid i am about those two things. (thats why i prefer sublets...at least i can fake the funk with nosy neighbors if need be. Housewarming? Manicurist? Financial Advisor? i have a title for anyone...as long as i keep my volume somewhat decent and the noise somewhat low key. I have a story for any situation..for me and him. Ha!)
i dont want any gentleman caller asking ANYONE about me. He comes upstairs to see me..we have our fun..we part ways. No one is any wiser to the goings on. Simple. Why do so many people fuck up something sooooo simple????

If I learn that just because you are at some 5-star, that I have to pick up the key card from the concierge's pocket, that's been greased with donations, I am going to politely decline the appointment.
If it is told to me only upon arrival at the hotel and after I park I again politely decline and head bad to valet and have them fetch my car.
I am wise enough after all these years to know how to handle myself in and around hotels of all kinds. And in my town these concierge's can be really untrustworthy. Some good, others not so much. I would just avoid it.
With all the new security... facial recognition software, etc... just begs for more discretion and lowering of profiles. Soon this will be hard to do.

Holiday Inn's at all costs. Supposedly, nationwide they are already working with LE to stop all suspicious activity and have installed security cameras all throughout the hotels even in the hallways. So there is no sneaking anyone in through side or back doors.
Just what I heard, but I keep hearing over and over that they are cracking down on hotel usage and even have a nationwide LE co-op going on as we speak.

if you do your research well enough, you can get a sublet cheaper than a hotel..and just as nice as a five star. lol.
This question came up recently in the Boston forum.
Someone mentioned a method that MIGHT work if there aren't too many elevators or if there is a "Next Car" light. Or if you don't mind playing musical elevators.
The hostess has to press the elevator button on her floor which will call an elevator car to her floor. I suppose this can be done in civvies or even a robe ("Just getting some ice."). Depending on traffic, the call might bring up a car from the lobby. If the guest and hostess are talking on the phone, he can tell her just when he enters a car in the lobby and she can hit the button on her floor. Too many misses and switching from car to car and the hobbyist may find himself being escorted out by security.

The suburban hotels in my area have not had keys elevators but about always keyed outside doors. Pretty often a lady will meet me at a side entrance.
The idea that a lady traveling alone being a red flag rings true. One Fav... a MILF... registers as MR & MRS, & states he'll be joining her later. I don't know if it fools anyone.

my date either in the lobby or on another floor that is not secured. The lobby or even the hotel bar can be challenging if I'm traveling with colleagues from work. I don't like to broadcast my private life to others.
Its amazing what 20 bucks can do.
...And in the first instance I was touring a city that I was brought to specifically for an overnight; for that reason there was no pressure to recoup costs and so I booked myself withattention to multiple hour appointment requests. I put on a suit and went to the lobby 3x over 1.5 days to retrieve my guests. Worked out just fine and I would stay at that property again because it is my favorite in that city; I just would just never book there with the intention of booking a full-blown tour schedule.
The second instance was unexpected and it was during a tour with a schedule that didn't lend itself to going to the lobby every couple of hours.
I played key treasure hunt - putting them everywhere lol. I can only guess what I looked like on the security cameras hiding keys in phone books in the telephone lobby- and what clients looked like going to them straightaway after entering the property. I would never do that again : ) but I was new to using hotels and didn't know better.
When I've landed in properties with restricted key access unexpectedly I've just taken the day off and moved- there is no sense of urgency to work that would cause me to compromise myself or the comfort of my clients at this point.

A girl I know encountered this problem a bit back & she told me she just told him to wait in front of the elevator, she'd come down and all the cameras saw was a guy getting into an elevator.

ReneeRose has a good solution... however, the lady should time how long it takes her to get to the ground floor. The gent should be instructed to go through the lobby, elevator on the Left. "Be waiting when I get there in 2 minutes." She must be dressed to make that trip & not in a robe, as you never know who else might be in on the ride.
