This way, you are not paying for sex, you are investing in a pussy to acquire a 1/364th ownership interest that you get to use how ever many days a year you paid for in the contract. There are already existing companies that will get you OUT of a timeshare if the maintenance costs get out of control. Something to think about.

This years session ended on May 31 so it looks like the law will be in effect for two years, unless the courts get involved by way of a lawsuit.
The Texas District & County Attorneys Association has a Twitter account. They weren't too happy about how HB 1540 was drafted. In one tweet they described the shitty way the bill was drafted and for emphasis they ended the tweet with "#facepalm." In the next tweet they called HB 1540 "a mess."
