You know what the problem with Texas is?

Texans.

Paying for sex in Texas is now a felony.

We ALL agree that Lester is full of shit.  See I can agree with you libs on the occasions that you are right.

Way to beclown yourself.  You post this 20 minutes after I provide the Texas House bill number.  It's public f'ing record.  Searchable by anyone not a complete moron.

Since their gimp of a Governor wants to make everyone's life miserable.

Maybe they can work on their infrastructure and electric grid so 2 inch snow doesn't end up with the whole state being shut down for days, instead of passing these meaningless laws..

I realize this is a fuck board;  but I thought that even you, with your limited vocabulary, could
refrain from using a derogatory word like gimp to describe someone confined to a wheel chair.
Good grief, you must be a very miserable person.

such a pathetic piece of work, I would actually throw some respect at him..

Or maybe if Texas had term limits I wouldn't care..

And how do you know my vocabulary is limited?

...to describe that piece of shit Abbott.  I'll give you only one example - and a fuckboard related one at that.  When Abbott was Attorney General of Texas, he tried to keep the Texas ban on sex toys.  He said Texas had a legitimate interest in "discouraging prurient interests in autonomous sex and the pursuit of sexual gratification unrelated to procreation."
Do you get that?  He believes people should not jerk off and also should not fuck unless it is to knock a woman up.  If you agree with that gimp about fucking, then get the fuck off TER.
Fuck that constipated conservative asshole!

...left and right..

He just signed a new state budget that defunds the entire state legislature, as a middle finger to Democrats who opposed the very restrictive voting bill

Unlike California that seems to burn down every single year.

Because it is public fucking record searchable by ANYONE.  Who wipes your ass after you go to the shitter?  Most people can figure out how to do that on their own.

is for the providers to set up their pussy under the timeshare laws.  Each "partner" buys 26 days (or some other amount) a year out of 312 days offered for a fixed amount.  This way, you are not paying for sex, you are investing in a pussy to acquire a 1/364th ownership interest that you get to use how ever many days a year you paid for in the contract.  There are already existing companies that will get you OUT of a timeshare if the maintenance costs get out of control.  Something to think about.

with that is the whole idea of timeshare is as popular as anal fissures.

A while back they were pretty popular. People were spending money on it as if it were going out of style LOL, but now most people know what a rip off they are..

...all the Californians who've moved there in the last few years? ;)

all these stupid laws FFS. People scream and bitch about a mask, a thin piece of fabric, but now people in Texas can't buy pussy? And the women can't get an abortion if they need it. None of this shit makes sense anymore.

Tried looking for some new laws or whatnot in TX and could not find much.

Texas is the product of reverse Darwinism

I wonder how many of those politicians that voted for this bill are now guilty of a felony...probably a lot.

Check Texas HB 1540. Section 43.021.  Effective 9/1/2021.

I'm not into Texas politics but this is so far right and it has the evangelicals finger prints all over it. And it looks like it's geared more toward the porn industry. It just has a layover in the P4P.
With the potential of this thread going off course and turn into a political spaghetti fight I'll just say that the more savvy/polish the guy/girl are, the chances of them getting caught should be rare. But I can see an increase in sting operations.
But man...WTF is with Texas.

This years session ended on May 31 so it looks like the law will be in effect for two years, unless the courts get involved by way of a lawsuit.

The Texas District & County Attorneys Association has a Twitter account.  They weren't too happy about how HB 1540 was drafted.  In one tweet they described the shitty way the bill was drafted and for emphasis they ended the tweet with "#facepalm."  In the next tweet they called HB 1540 "a mess."

It doesn't sound like Texas D.A.'s are too anxious to prosecute prostitution using HB 1540.
