I think they're upgrading their servers.  Now instead of "connection timed out", it says this:

Cityvibe.com is currently undergoing upgrades and maintenance and will be back online soon.

We apologize for any inconvenience and if you need assistance please call us at 800-573-8423

As of just a day or two ago, none of the cityvibe links work for me. They all come back with:

"The connection has timed out

The server at www.cityvibe.com is taking too long to respond."

Is anyone else getting this problem or just me? Almost all the providers use CV, so I can't see any ads, lol.
