Is there a way to protect my identity and land a provider? I really don't want my name on any "list" and wish my identity to remain

Keep trolling on CL until you find someone who doesn't care, or better yet, head on down to Shakedown Street and cruise by slowly with a double sawbuck in your hand.

Now, if you want to know if you can find a quality provider who will protect you from LE and ripoffs while allowing you to remain anonymous, the answer is NO.

Defeating the screening process is relatively easy If you know how it works. It really doesn't take a brain surgeon to do it.  You just have to do your homework.  I posted a response to a thread explaining how it's done and I got flamed for doing so.  Good luck and be safe.

Are  you saying that verification, (screening) is a Federal crime if the screening process is used to commit an illegal act?  I don't quite follow your logic.  I know that running certain people, e.g. Federal, state and local law enforcement, judges, prosecutors, and others in the criminal justice system through a data base like Lexus Nexus is a Federal Offense. It is also a Federal felony for any data base service to maintain or sell personal data on law enforcement personnel and can be prosecuted under the Law Enforcement Safety Act of 2004, (HR 218).

I know of a situation where a paralegal in a criminal defense law firm tried to find a police officer's home address to serve a subpoena. She was new and unaware that subpoenas for LE are served to the police department where the LE is employed. She gained access to a computer used by a private investigator who worked in the same office and ran the officer's name through some information data bases. She couldn't find any information but two days later the FBI showed up at the law office with a search warrant for the computer used to gain access to the information data bases.  She was arrested but not prosecuted because her attorney was able to convince the FBI it was an honest mistake.

Don't call agencies, use a prepaid cell that you bought with cash using a fake name. Don't see ladies who are known to "screen" too thoroughly.

It may sound impossible but I've met with 12 new women since the beginning of the year and got laid with 8 of them without them knowing any personal details except where I live.

I no longer see "well reviewed" ladies as is harped on endlessly here, and I've learned to find that "GFE" is mostly a farce an an excuse to overcharge what is otherwise mostly just a sexual encounter.  Letting go of these sort of things offers the flexibility to do things anonymously.

The reality is, I don't know what the hell is up with these girls.  I know they'll be safe with me but that doesn't mean they know that before they show up, but I'm not going to twist their arms to grill me.  A lot of them have been sweet girls who don't do this exclusively, and I'm just a horny guy who likes his privacy.

All of the ladies I have seen in this business have kept my identity secret - in fact, they are more likely to tell me to get lost, than I am to tell them to get lost....

and most ladies do NOT keep a list - of prior clients... If it is a dude they like and enjoy being with, they will remember - if it is a neutral encounter - they probably won't - but if it is a bad encounter, you short them, are a NC/NS or you are a particularly difficult client (goes over, smells, is too rough etc.) then they will definately remember you...

As I have often posted, this is a contact sport, and it carries with it specific risks, which if you don't like - or are not willing to take, don't play.  it really is that simple...

you can make arrangements to be with a lady - who is highly reviewed, and you can use an alias... and go to see her... and how would you know it?  but the cops have done a sting on here at her incall... and when she opens the door, the cops simply set you down - and ask you to fork over your ID.

The RICO statutes were designed to address organized crime.  In basic terms RICO allows the prosecution of all the members of a criminal organization or enterprise regardless of which members actually commit the crimes.  Prior to RICO the crime bosses would give the orders and the solders would actually commit the crimes.  The bosses were pretty much immune from prosecution unless it could be proven that they gave the orders to break the law.  Sometimes the order was nothing more than a nod of the head.  In other words it was almost impossible to win a conviction. Simply screening someone who wishes to see a prostitute is not a crime.

I think it's rather odd to sit here critiquing  women.. who, according to you, YOU don't want to see... for screening methods that will result in them not wanting to see YOU either!!
