Thank you, Ms. Blake,
Your profile speaks for itself! EM@KHello All.
I was going to direct this to over 60, but ED affects those younger than 60.
I'm getting a variety of opinions on this, and am seriously considering it.
Your input would be valuable.

Thanks, Partner!
Pharmaceuticals were great, while they worked.
Instead of hangin' up my spurs, urologist says this is the way to go.
Funny. albeit flattering, thing,: My providers say "Don't change a thing!"

I love it. Whatever makes you comfortable, I think it can very enjoyable for both when used properly. Would def say don't over do it, something about overestimating that vascular tissues seems...painful. Have fun!

Are you talking about an implanted pump or an external pump? I had a friend 25 years ago with the implanted pump that worked great. Push a button and he could stay hard as a rock for as long as he wanted. There are surgical risks but they’re minimal.
.
I don’t know anything about external pumps.
It was a first time meeting for us. My new name for him is DOD. Dick on demand! We had a great time together and are planning to see each other again soon.

I've had a few clients that had the implant and I never noticed anything different. Worked just fine
Why not just use the blue pill or something else
Doesn't work for everyone.
When one has extreme ED, blue pill might not help.
The usual example would be a serious venous leak, which means the blood is not able to stay and help the erection. In this case, blue pill wont help much because even though the blood vessels are dilated, the newly-created blood flow itself isn't enough to maintain erection because of venous leak.
They seem effective. I mostly just make my mouth into a penis pump when necessary. Works pretty well.
Or your penis I mean balls might get sucked in. They work on my bf. My Clients never have used them, other then my connect- he's kinky. I would recommend the Eddie. Here's a link. FYI. Never used one of these so let me know people.. If they're good. These Eddies....
A good friend of mine was a type 1 diabetic and blood circulation began decreasing to his extremities when he was in his 20's. In his mid-30's he had basically become a eunuch with little testosterone production and severe ED. He got an implant so he could satisfy his wife and some others (he had an open marriage and really liked pleasing people.)
After he first got it, he would show it off. The first time I met him was at a professional meeting. When I entered the room, he was demonstrating his pump. About a dozen men and three women were fascinated by this demonstration. He'd simply push an area in his abdomen and the thing would go erect in a few pumps. He'd push another spot and down it would go. I thought it quite odd yet interesting.
Whereas this was way cool, he said he could not reach orgasm. YMMV if you still have functioning balls, but his were dried up and basically gone. He got the pump solely for the pleasure of others. The biggest con was temperature sensitivity. If he walked from an air conditioned building to the hot Florida sun outside, there would be some swelling. We worked in ship's engine rooms where it was well over 100°F and he'd look dangerous at times. He could not feel this due to diabetic neuropathy so he had no clue. I would often tell him or just point to the log in his pants and he would release the pressure. Most people were too befuddled to say, "down boy."
He never mentioned any discomfort caused by the pump. He did say that he couldn't inject insulin in some areas. These were the primary areas he previously liked to use but it was no biggy. He also said it could interfere with urination. If he left it slightly inflated it produced similar problems of an enlarged prostrate. He also worried about it leaking fluids and would follow a test procedure on a weekly basis. It was calibrated when installed and if it would not reach that size, call the doctor immediately. It never became of problem in the seven years he lived with it. Sadly diabetes killed him at age 42.
This works well with an incorporated cock

I have a regular that uses one of these and not only is it interesting to watch but lordy lordy it gets big and plump lol. Totally cool and he feels confident which makes me happy. What he did initially is talk to me beforehand and asked if i was comfortable with it and then when he was using it showed me everything he was doing. I appreciated him for explaining to me what he was doing, it made it very nice. I say totally go for it if it helps you and your confidence and pleasure, good luck to you sir.
I actually hold private lessons on the benefits of a penis pump and cock rings. You don’t have to have ED to enjoy the pleasure. And they can be very pleasurable for the partner also.
I have used a pump going on 8 years or so. Some pointers ( I was going to use the word, "Tips" but thought better of it).
Make sure you use a cock ring that will not dig into your skin. Some have a narrow band which can hurt like hell.
Use plenty of lube in the tube and around the edge. In the tube protects the base of your penis as it slides along the tube surface on it's way to erection. Around the edge insures a good seal. If there is not a good seal you are wasting your time.
I put the condom on before I pump. In my case, my cock head becomes massive which makes it harder to apply the condom.
Don't expect a large amount of seaman after you finish. I use a very tight band which will force most of my jizz into my bladder. Not a health issue.
Go slowly when you pump, take breaks so the blood can flow. Practice a few days before your appointment helps.
Going slow helps you protect your urethra. When I first started, I bused mine which hurt like hell for weeks.
Any more specific information PM me. I endorse the external pump whole hardheartedly. I have had a few providers tell me my cock head, being ultra hard than from a normal erection, is very pleasurable.
Good luck.

Two kinds of pumps being discussed. One is a surgical implant. This one is an external vacuum. The cock ring stops the blood from quickly flowing back after you remove the vacuum device.
Works well together with your favorite patient provider is a plus.
Sorry I just read the implant part & I love the fact that it stays hard for, so long it’s amazing. I had a long time friend who had the implant & it’s terrific.
Thanks QB!
Truthfully, I value your opinion.
