Long story short. He's married, I'm not. We both hobby, and have met, partied, and I saw his ass nekkid with some ladies. But that's another story..... ;)

ANYWAY, we were talking about meeting girls at a bar, taking then home, playing checkers and drinking tea(yeah, right!), then waking up the next day with them thinking 'WTF!'

Then of course we talked about this thing we do here.

From earlier threads, there seems to be some sort of confusion as to the quality of ladies that inhabit these 'walls', for lack of a better term?

He and I agreed, though there were some strange and unusual circumstances on occasion, the ladies here have been phenomenal.

The quality of their service, their appearance, their attitude, their overall being has been nothing but more than satisfying!

His words were, after reminding my drunk-ass, '.....and never have a single regret'.

Ladies, you have to understand. We talk about you. A lot.

And it's been my experience, that 99% of the time, it's ALL good!

You should be proud of yourselves. You're doing more than just your job. I, we, hope you know that and we appreciate you.

So, think it's about time you heard it.

Like I said to the alias below, I was told by a lady I was gonna hear shit from them because they can't take a serious compliment. They're used to 'oh, you're so beautiful. now take your clothes off.' That's fucked up.

Just sayin'. I was sharing a conversation on the board with a guy I had last night. Not making up for anything, especially since I don't have anything to make up for.

You have no idea what a royal pain in the ass it is when we have to change our contact information. How many hours have to be spent tracking down websites and profiles we didn't even sign up for, or how many a$$hole site owners flat refuse to update our information when it changes. So when a lady has to change her phone and email addresses just to get some dickstain to leave her the hell alone, she isn't doing it on a whim or because the breeze blew in just the right direction.

Mikey, how about you enlighten Spring here as to how many women have now blocked your ass and changed their information to get away from you.

Showing my age I know.  My post said nothing about harassing or stalking or being a pain in the ass.  Do not know what you read into it.  I read Mp as saying thank you to the ladies and I took a little bard at MP in what I thought was a friendly jab and added my thanks. I thought the ladies would go easy on him but figured the normal crowd of jerks would be all over his ass for kissing up.  As far as not knowing about what I am talking about well that is your opinion and probably others also but I am allowed mine as well.  Your profession brings with it some of the problems you describe just as partaking in the profession brings on similar problems for us.  Get over it and move on.

I cannot believe this lamebrain is still harping on this. A situation she was not involved in and has no firsthand knowledge, and does not know all the details, yet she was the loudest and most outspoken when you first took your beating on it and just keeps on, and on, and on, and on, and on. It is way beyond the point of anyone taking her serious anymore and she clearly has lost most if not all of her creditability. I see NO ONE, NOT  ONE person  agreeing  with her or taking her side, because her side is a lost cause but apparently she is not smart enough to realize that, what a numskull.

We've shared experiences with some of the same ladies.

Before either you or I had seen one that the other had, how many times was it 'Oh man! She sucks dick like you wouldn't believe!'

Well for many, it's there job and that's how they support themselves or their family. Many of us get up in the morning and have a job. Granted the ladies job is not your normal 9 to 5.  Remember it's a fantasy and these ladies are deserving of an Oscar Award  or two. Without the envelop, well you know how that statement ends.

They do things they wouldn't ordinarily do with someone they wouldn't ordinarily see in civvie life. At least that's what I gather from some of the ones I've talked with.

I know I hate me job. And sometimes I have to put the hammer down on clients because they feel, even know, they can't live up to the commitments they originally signed on for. They know they have to work to support themselves and their family, and can do without my service. But I have to remind them that their only recourse is to either close up shop or buy out their contract, which they can't afford. It fucking sucks.

So, I'm just saying, I appreciate what I think they go through.

I don't know all of the logistics. Never claimed to.

But from what I do know, I know it ain't easy.

Just trying to convey my appreciation and hope others do as well.

Funny thing, too, was I talked with one of the gals last night after this and she told me this would happen. That you're so ingrained that you're not worth a shit and can't take a compliment. I think it's sad.

I have been home in bed sick for the last three days. I was supposed to have a paid date today with a lovely lady at noon today but I had to call her yesterday and rebook for next Saturday to keep her from getting sick.

Not only was this lady understanding, a few minutes ago she stopped by to deliver a pot of homemade chicken soup. She knows my deal and knew it would be fine if she stopped over to drop off the soup. She went out of her way to help me feel better. That is a class act. To her I must publicly say thanks.

She is not alone. A lot of the ladies I have met have been not only true professionals they have shown they are great humans as well. I am blessed to call a few such ladies my friends.

I would like to say to all the ladies in this game that do so with class and respect, thank you. Some of the best people I know are ladies in the hobby. I know you ladies sometimes have to put up with a lot of crap and I would like to join MP in letting you know we appreciate you. You should be proud of what you do.

I, too, have appreciated those ladies I've seen. Here I am, 70 years old, 3' tall, 550 lbs, 2 inch penis and I always smoke cigars during sessions; yet every session has been superb.

In all seriousness, though, like you, I appreciate the ladies I saw when I hobbied and some I haven't seen too.

It can't be easy laying some random guy for whom a lady has no particular affection and who she doesn't know from Adam. Though I exaggerate a bit, some providers have told me most of their clients are essentially as unattractive as men can be; and the ladies should really be saluted for their capacity to do what they do.

At the same time, it can't be forgotten that to a certain extent, the quality of a hobbyist's experiences reflects the women he has seen -- and the basis upon which he chose those women.

By definition, half of all providers are below median. Some hobbyists are blessed to have had their experiences predominantly composed of women well above the median; and as a result our impression will be quite positive. So there is some sampling error.

But that's what sites like TER are all about: having the data available to skew your experiences toward the positive.
