Extra time is a great incentive! I'll take that into consideration myself!  
I actually bought holiday themed "thank you" cards this past weekend at Target and gave them to my clients (those that I know for sure don't have an SO of course). They seemed to love them.  
I'm notorious for my long winded, though heartwarming cards. So I had to scale it back a bit to keep them short and sweet.

Some are just a bit easier to chew and swallow.

The fact that you give holiday specials is better than most. But if I had to choose. Either more time, a great outfit, or a change of scenery.

I have planned to double my normal donation to my favorite providers as a holiday gift, I think in the season of giving we should all give a little extra.  From a providers standpoint I agree with others that extra time would be most appreciated.... although in my case I rarely stay for the full time anyway, I don't want to sit around chit chat and pretend we really care about each other, we both know the truth

And a little extra time for regulars, of course not an hour....

Perhaps you should make a book of coupons that are redeemable for visits to you for your most frequent customers. Another thought should be to grandfather them a an attractive rate so that they would be able to see you more often.  This hopefully should help you during slow times and if their economic situations would take a hit.  Also they should be able to see you more often, thus increasing your  bottom line during the course of the new year. Then have a ceiling of how much you can raise their rates so that you can continue to have that book of old business.  Keep that in mind because that will be the core and the heart of your business as well.  Also give them extra preference with multiple hour dates as well.  That way you will be fair with your derriere without increasing your fare.

Send your client off with a rejuvenating aromatherapy massage.

There is a big difference between running  a "special" and giving a "gift".  

I get that. I'm just cynical the last couple of days. I guess it's about keeping the fantasy that I'm getting something special.
I like that, but that puts a question in my head about how true that is. I much prefer to know  that my little slut is fucking everyone (after screening that is) she wants to.
It stops my stupid, crazy making thinking.

for regular clients is a great idea, I think that both parties should show a little appreciation for each other over the holidays.  It shows that you enjoyed him, or at least his business,  throughout the year.  I agree that a little extra time (30-60 minutes?) is a very nice idea for good (perhaps select) clients who support you, particularly ones who do so at your low points.  I guarantee that he will remember and appreciate it.

Incentives you could have a drawing for a gift certificate gifts made with love you could do some baking and wrap a variety sweets small store bought items like a very good chap stick peppymint drops.  Remember most are married. Like many said time is the best gift of all.
