where do I find the new plug in?

I apparently have to remove the old TER search tool plug-in before I can upload the new one.  Any tech-savvy person know where/how I would find it?  It would have been stored under whatever default name TER gave it on my C: drive.  I just don't know what folder to search for.  Help please!
