You are correct that watermelon has an active nutrition that is related to Viagra. Unfortunately, it is in a concentration that works on vessels throughout the body so does not have the effect our friend, Quad, seeks. Also, most of this is concentrated in the watermelon rind. There are some herbs that work, but just because they are natural doesn't make them safe. I have read that yohimbe is one to stay away from, as it has been linked to liver and kidney problems.
