Twice I've been given the opportunity to go back up to my pre-children size(smaller side of C/larger side of B, lol) but both times, was overwhelming hit with distaste from regulars & others I asked... I'd say on average, only 1 in 8 told me to go for it.. the rest liked 'em natural!! After having soo many people tell me NOT to do it, I don't think I ever will,lol.

I've been floating the idea with some of my regulars. One of my high end clients told me to not do it! So far , I'm all natural!
This question is particularly directed to providers that have been in the business before and after making the decision to have breast implants. What difference does it make in your business? Does it increase it? Does it significantly change your clientele? Do some of your regulars object to the change?
To some extent, it would seem that big breasts tend to confer a price premium. Is this the case? If so, where’s the limit? Does going from D implants to E or from E to F improve business? In short, do they pay for themselves.
Also, I notice that it seems to be SOP with just about every K-girl to have C-implants inserted before they move to LA. It’s almost like they all go to the same plastic surgeon and he has a large supply of the same sized implants purchased at a bulk rate.
Obviously, I’m one of those breast-obsessed hobbyists. OTOH, I recognize that other hobbyists have other tastes and that some detest or at least don’t appreciate implants or even large breasts in general.
You'll also notice that the girls that fetch the HIGHEST prices per hour ($600 & up) almost always HAVE implants of D cups or larger.
Sure there's a segment of ladies who charge a high rate that offer a PSE experience, and fake boobs seem to go hand in hand with that. But there are plenty of "courtesan" style women who charge high rates as well, and it's very rare for them to have implants.

They looked way better before in both cases. I saw both of them once afterwards. Both have offered me freebies since but they've ruined a great look. I've seen lots of chicks with bolt ons and don't have an issue but these ladies took great bodies and messed with them. It was a shame.
Well, in my experience, I still see men that I met back in 97, before my breast enhancement.
In the 4 yrs that I have been here, Its nice that they still request a date with me... I don't think it has anything to do with my breast.
It's probably my character, and personality besides the Hot sex... Ok ,it has to deal with the fact that Im available for them, low key & since I don't play often... They appreciate that also.
