Another great response from you, Brielle. I believe you’re a true lady with class.
I'm making this because I seen a lot of people who are acting like leaving a review is a MUST or you can't simply make post and chat? It's not. Just like tipping when you go out it's never a must and acting like it is makes me not want to do it at all. I'll leave a review when I see a lady who is life changing and gives me everything I every wanted and stays that perfect for the long run. If not I don't see a reason to review anything basic and boring, name one good reason that benefits me and I'll do it. And about the grammer complaints your reading the posts of a person who is not even remotely sober and dropped out of highschool keep that in mind thanks! I will continue to make posts whenever I have something I wanna just rant about or ask questions about.
I ask because you write that you will only review "life changing" ladies. If you only write about these great ladies, how will anyone know about the "meh" ladies?
.
It is your choice of course and you don't even have to write reviews. It isn't a prerequisite for posting on the Boards. However, I find that reviews are quite beneficial to me. I too want to see the same fabulous women who rock my world. Because many people write reviews of Providers that encompass the entire spectrum of the TER rating system, it enables me to avoid those that won't give me the most satisfaction of pleasure. If we only write about the great ones, how are we to learn which ones to avoid???
Given the posts do you really want reviews like that even published by TER. I would hope they request a bit better writing before accepting one. (Not sure but when I was looking at reviews most/all seemed to be a bit higher quality writing than his posts).
Agree with everything else, writing reviews is optional. If you do rely on reviews and find value in them then making a contribution is very much part of the custom and culture here. I don't particularly care if people want to only write warning reviews, write the "you really need to go see" reviews of all types. Knowing how someone reviews and just how useful their reviews will be is also part of the game here.
TER has no standards for review quality. I've seen so many badly written reviews, including many where I couldn't even figure out what the reviewer was trying to say.
If I was approving reviews I'd disapprove them and say "try proofreading before you submit again".
This is a review site lol. Since you used an analogy, I’ll use one too - imagine purposely walking into a wine bar and being upset the waiter or waitress recommends various bottles to you, so you go on a rant about how wine isn’t your thing, and since they brought it up it makes you not want to buy anything. That’s fine, but expect a laugh or anything else you say to be taken with a grain of salt.
Reviewing isn’t required to use the site so you’re welcome to not write any, and only join discussions - many providers respect a man who doesn’t kiss and tell but your reasons are different.. What’s with the “it needs to benefit me” attitude? It makes you sound jaded, and how can users know you’re not a troll?
p.s. - I love a free thinker as much as the next, but what does that have to do with writing even a little bit cohesively? Even if you’re on the spectrum. It makes me wonder what your inquiries look like, or type of client you are to constantly mention not being sober. Food for thought..
With love - BH

We are very fortunate to have a number of ladies here, including Brielle, who contribute to the discussions and bring a different perspective and one that's thoughtful, wicked smart, and grounded in intelligence. Nice post Frank!
…I think you may have misspelled whi-kid smaht. 😂
I fully agree with everything you said though 👍
I do read reviews I just haven't felt the need to write them so it's more like I'm buying the wine but not applying to work there and I see party friendly girls and the types with not a lot of boundries only so we got the same vibe, I imagine someone who isn't party friendly would not wanna babysit me while I'm tripping and I would be bored and unhappy with a lot of boundries. Only reason I read reviews is to find the ones who'll do it all.

I don’t review anymore either. I buy a membership to read the reviews. Let’s face it you need to weed through bullshit on those also. I’m like you I’ll spout off my opinion when I feel like it. People don’t like it there’s a block function that works amazing. 😂
That’s how you sound right now. You want to know what’s in it for you. You couldn’t sound much more selfish. We write reviews to help each other. They help other mongers make decisions. Not just who’s good or not, but also what to expect. And, if they are open, it can help providers. Reviews are feedback. I have seen providers whose earlier reviews started off a little more average but their later reviews are more homeruns. They adjusted and got better.
One benefit is that you get 15 free VIP days. The other is that you help the community by sharing your experiences. There is something to be said for the fact that there is value in giving. Knowing you have contributed something useful that helps others is rewarding in its own right.
.
That said, where are you getting the idea that there is pressure to write reviews? Who is saying you can't just post and chat? Plenty of people do exactly that, so it feels like you are creating drama that doesn't really exist. If you are seeing that, just ignore them and carry on.
.
"You do you" is a common saying, and it definitely applies here. I'm not sure why you're so concerned about what other members might think. The only entity you really need to concern yourself with is TER, since they are the ones who make the rules here.
.
I'm just not sure at all why youre taking this so personally or responding so defensively. Just be yourself, participate however you wish, and don't overthink it. Its all good.
You're telling me you're the type of person who doesn't tip waitstaff?
You're embarrassing yourself.
