I wish I could help, but when I went, all of my "dates" were set up by my cousin's coworker friend, who utilized the LINE app, (another WeChat).

Facebook or TER is virtually unknown or used there because most of the girls are from mainland China.    

I mentioned in a previous post that the pricing is perfect for us USA mongers.  
The exchange rate is currently 32/1; which means that 3500 NT is approximately ~$108 USD. for a 40-45 minute session.  Usually, language is an issue, so make sure your google translate is up to date.

There are websites that exist, but I haven't dealt with any of them.
 
The hotel rooms I were in were bare minimal......  purely functional, where the shower and toilet are in the same tiled room and the shower was a small sprayer.  Towels?  I was handed a large "paper" towel to pat myself dry.  

But, every chance I get, I'm doing it again....and again.....

I plan to  be in Taipei in early November. Any information on reputable agencies or independents and how to contact them would be much appreciated.
