its at least 95 to 98%  I'd say. I can go months without seeing anyone new and still work my reg weekly schedule.

I would rarely ever see a new lady unless she really caught my eye and had a bunch of great  reviews.  The first meetings are always somewhat a nervous time I think for both parties.  That's why when you click with a particular lady it's easy to keep repeating with her.  There are so many beautiful women out there that it's always fun repeating with them.

...going to get truthful answers about this.  (This isn't to imply anything about the ladies whom have responded already.)  Think about it.  What woman is going to post here and publicly say "Oh, maybe 25%, not too many people think I'm worth it a second time?"  The answers are going to be skewed way towards the higher percentages.

If you are really curious, ask guys for their input on how often they see an old favorite versus see someone new.  I bet you'll find a lot more guys who are wiling to say publicly that they see tons of different women than you'll find women who say they're always seeing new guys.

There are a lot of valid reasons why this might be significantly different from lady to lady - how often she travels, whether she has moved recently, how high her volume is, how small her market is, how long she has been doing this in one place, etc.

Also, consider that there is a statistical difference between the answers to "What percentage of your first time clients see you again?" and "What percentage of your appointments are with clients whom you have seen previously?" and even "What percentage of your clients are repeat customers?"

there are all different aspects of this business,
i prefer to have reg gents, some are once a week some are once a month ect but i like my old friends and have a great time with them. I am very low volume so it's fabulous when my week is full and they are all old dear friends...its great.

Let's face it, seeing the same guys day in day out is...boring!!!

I only keep seeing - over and over - about 25% of my clients.

The other 75% are mostly new guys :)

From these 75%, I would say 25% would come back for more soon and another 25% will consider seeing me again in the future.

25% probably will never return for many reasons --- some guys just want to experience an escort ONCE, some cannot escape often and some don't click with me.

Also, I have few guys who wants to keep seeing me but I am the one who do NOT want to see them again. EEEK!

I agree with MissNaiya --- most girls are not going to be honest fearing their business will be hurt IF guys think they are high volume.

I see MANY guys a day and 1/2 are new ones --- I LOVE IT!

Life is about variety for all of us, men & women equally!

may have a very high percentage of repeats.
A touring provider may have a much lower percentage of repeats because she is drawing from a much larger pool.
The percentage means very little if you only have a total of 3 customers and they are all regulars, right...?

you admit to being high volume, nothing wrong with that at all imo, i think we each have to take the route that works best for us. but something i've always been very curious about, as a very low volume girl (2, 3 clients a wk max.)

...when you see many different gents a day, how are you able to prepare, mentally and emotionally, for each one? to explain what i mean, one reason i could never be high volume is because i put soooooo much into each and every client, and each and every session with that client. i have a log in my brain of each person's likes and dislikes, special hot spots, the sort of conversation they like, what they drink, what's currently going on in their lives, etc., not to mention what i wore or did for them in the past, to ensure things don't start to become routine. there is just NO possible way i'd ever have the mental energy to do all of this for 5, 6 guys a day everyday. so i'm asking you, how do you do it?

(my props to you btw)

mmmm.. i don't know if it means a provider is doing something wrong or even the girls with 75-90% repeat (which sounsd about right to me from my personal experience) are doing something right.

there's just a limited pool of hobbiest in any given city and if you work a few years you'll probably see just about everyone who wants to see you leaving you with few potential new clients.

rates have some effect too. even millionaires are not going to eat at per se for  every meal.  it has nothing to do with the quality  of the experience.  It  just means the experience is recognized as a luxury.

you can track the seasons by the   snowbird/business traveller influx (Oct-Feb) and then the re-emergence of the locals (Mar-Sept)

So if it's winter-- more new people. Summer-- more local regulars.

Hope you don't mind my replying. I used to be very low-volume and have recently started increasing the number of gents I will see. I used to be sort of like you are, but what changed is this: I set goals for myself. If you are going to be in this business, do something with it. Don't be an escort and make just enough to get by. While you're in this business, you can make a TON of money. So make it. Stop analyzing things so much, get out there and bring the dough in! ;)

I would hope noone would take what you said as an insult. You are exactly right as I see it. I know many ladies who would although enjoy the stream of reg gents, prefer to experience new and somewhat a variety of diff Gentlemen. I like meeting new friends as well but have some great connections and its a sweet arrangement and thats just what I prefer. Each to their own I guess. You do have rave reviews and you are quite stunning. I don't think you meant it as an insult and would hope it was not taken as such.

And that's a professional opinion.  I was a marketing director at two car companies and had the market research departments report to me, along with some other functions, in both places.

We struggled with the issue of objectivity daily when designing research surveys.  It's well known that the way a question is asked skews the response, and that's assuming you start with a balanced, representative sample, and a double blind survey- something which a post on TER most certainly is not.  As you point out, the people responding are always going to respond with a skew toward the positive- at least as long as identities of the respondents are attached.  That will automatically lead to an inflated result.  Nobody with lower repeat customer rates will volunteer that information if others are posting higher percentages.  They'll simply remain silent.

Any question of this nature that is posted on TER has multiple sources of bias- a non- representative sample, respondents aren't anonymous, and a reluctance to post if you fall outside the "norm" that others are reporting.  So read these threads if you want, but don't place ANY value in what is said because while an individual response may or may not be accurate, it certainly isn't an accurate reflection of providers in general.

And if you don't believe me, ask yourself how many guys respond that they have a small penis when a thread asks "What's the average penis length?"  The answer?   About the same number as admit they have Herpes when questions about STD's are posted.

BTW, why would anybody take offense at your response, Miss Naiya?   You accurately pointed out why these threads are nothing more than entertainment and that can hardly be called "heckling."  Maybe I'm missing something.

Soooo I adjusted my schedule to accomidate his and to be more utr. I hadn't planned on him and didn't expect to truely fall head over heels for him but I did, so my schedule needed an adjustment.
My reg gents are good about prebooking and most are multiple hrs so just a few days a week works well for me and I make not as much as I did b4, less volume but pretty close and I am really happy so I am good with it.

Hi Lilli:

I prefer to have a regular relationship with a provider for the very reasons you state. I surrender to the feeling of being special, not just the sixth guy that day, and am willing to pay for it with my repeat business. I understand the reality and economics of the whole business and know I am a "client", but if the provider "provides" the kind of relaxed therapy I enjoy by taking an interest in my pleasure, we are both satisfied and I am motivated to return as soon as, and as often as possible.

Which brings me to my question for you. Although I am very happy with my regular, what city are you in?

if i had some sort of financial goal in mind, then perhaps i'd be higher volume and my entire way of providing would be drastically different. but it's not all about the money for me, that's more of a nice bonus. the main thing for me is the service, being able to provide selected men with something they really need. heck, a regular stopped by today, and we spent the last solid hour of the date just talking, about everything from race to politics. when another regular had a b-day recently, i gave him a discounted rate on that day as well as a DVD that i knew he'd been wanting. i bake cookies, prepare gourmet meals. regulars are free to call me up anytime, just to shoot the breeze. i may spend an hour on the phone consoling a client who's going through a bad divorce or having kid issues. that's just me.

beyond the service, it's also the realization of a longtime sexual fantasy, being an object that men pay to take care of their urges.

but, approaching this biz the way i do, you can see why i look at the high volume providers in awe and fascination. is it just a matter of not putting so much of yourself into each individual client?

*laughs*  Naw, you aren't missing someting.  But I'll take a guess you went to business school or possibly have a good deal of practical experience.

Otherwise....I'm guessing that the two of us take something like this *way* more seriously than the average person.  Ah well.  I always find the why of a result more important than the actual statistics.

An MBA in finance and marketing and a BS in engineering.  Oh, and a good deal of practical experience too, for that matter, but I quit counting because it makes me sound old.  LOL.

Yes, I've been accused of taking things too seriously before on this board, so it wouldn't be the first time.  But it always gets my attention when hearsay passes for fact, regardless of the subject.

1. Great topic

2. I doubt there will be a pattern since repeat biz will depend on too many factors and variables: (a) reason the escort is in business, (b) location - meaning smaller cities will prob have more repeats, (c) rate of the escort - assuming lower rates mean more new clients, (d) length of time the escort has been in business -- assuming established escorts have more repeat biz, etc..

Still, I've learned a few things in this thread which is always a good thing. ;-)

Miss Naiya, obviously you have some research background, which, oddly enough (or not), is incredibly sexy.

But to address the original poster, in light of Miss Naiya's methodological critique, I aim to spend at least half my time with repeat favorites, but unfortunately their schedules don't always track my libido, and so I find myself often wandering and then being disappointed. :p

You don't have any financial goals? How come? I'm all about doing for others, but you have to take care of yourself too.

You have to approach this business in whatever way works best for you. For me, when I put this aspect of my life behind me, whenever it may be (I'm about to get back into school- and FINISH my degree), I want something to show for it. I want a savings account that is there to back me up when I transition to a lower-paying job. I want my credit straight so I can work towards becoming a homeowner (which I plan to do within the next three years). I want to send my children to college, and provide nice things for them now and in the future.

This is a job. Yes, without a doubt it extends into our personal lives. I've met people who I hope will always be in my life. I truly care for the people I see and I want to make sure each and every one of them have the best experience I can give them. But this is my sole means of living as well- it's not "just" a hobby. Right now I am making more money than I ever will at any other time in my life. I am going to make the most of it.

The thing with so many women, I think- and I absolutely include myself in here- is that we want- NEED- to put others needs ahead of ours. And it's okay to do this: IF you are taking care of yourself, too. The more you give yourself, the more you take care of yourself, the more you have to give others.
