So I have become aware of a provider who has gotten multiple hobby and unrelated charges. I have seen her in the past and then noticed she had disappeared for a month month and a half. I saw a new posting today with a new number and so I contacted her. She explained that she had gotten pinched by LEO and was lo pro for a bit. She mentioned that she was jail d for a number of days in an attempt to force her to disclose client list. This detail seemed a bit odd since LEO would have had probable cause to look through her phone. I looked up her situation and googled and determined that she has multiple simultaneous situations. I sent her a text cancelling our meet and she called back angry and demanded the o know why. I told her that her multiple arrests for hobby and non hobby offenses freaked me. She then got angry and threatened to turn over my name and number to LEO. Not really that concerned but am concerned about her going states on all her clients. Don't want to be the at or know come a girl when down but she seems dangerous. Suggestions?
Your fellow players should know to stay away from her. This will take balls because she could see your warning and follow through on her threat. But it could be a threat with no teeth (as your OP suggests) if she has no personal info on you.
PS: Nice alias.
And yes she has nothing on me and my burner number has been switched
Would having contacts be evidence of a crime? Just asking.
But without the exchange of money there's little reason for LE to contact anyone in her list.
Unless it's Joe Biden...they might want to ask if he's made a decision yet.
UM nope the laws been changed b

one of the articles says that even though LEO cannot search your cell phone upon arrest, they can go ahead and search it if they get a search warrant. So that brings us back to the question of what justifies the search warrant? I guess that LEO would say they have reason to believe the arrested person is a hooker and they have reason to believe that the phone has her customer list. But really, everyone in your phone book is a customer?
They get a warrant and hopefully you realize you can wipe your phone remotely and do it before they start looking for terrorists and human traffickers. Pays to have a smart phone in this case.

I'm ignorant about these things. Does LEO have ways to hack a phone's pin? A burner phone? Again, just asking.
But it is costly and the local LE doesn't have access only folks like FBI and NSA can do so.
Local LE can send the phone to the feds, but it is costly and they aren't likely going to do it over a misdemeanor. And folks your, name and number on a sex workers phone even with an appointment and a discription of cash and sex acts is not enough evedence to arrest. So there is little point for them to be overly invested in her client list anyway.
Now would they want it if they can get it? Yes, sometimes people are stupid and talk when confronted with the fact cops have their name so if they have a list they may go fishing for dumb people willing to confess. LE get tons of folks that way. LE might give you a call if they get your number that way, just don't talk and you will be fine. There has been a few cases of the client list being released, but that is rare.
P.S. They need a warrant and they need probable cause to get that.

A judge threatens to lock you up if you don't give the pin. It's called Obstruction if they have a warrant and you block it.
1) That is the risk that you take when you give providers your real name and a real phone number
2) Unless all of her clients are equally stupid, LE would only get a list of screen names and burner or Hushed phone numbers.
3) The early post is correct. If they got a list of real names and numbers, it would not be a crime and proves nothing, certainly not a crime, which they would have to witness and observe.
Although a witness with a credibility problem--could the other angry provider act as a prosecutorial witness?
Now be a good little boy and find something else to worry about.
I am never quite sure as to why people sitting behind anonymous keyboards find it necessary to be so smug and superior? In any event, how do I alert the community about "kamikaze Jane"? She is going to the big house no question. Has nothing to lose and is likely to look to lessen her time by offering up other arrestees. She has 2 hobby arrests and then several involving unrelated felonies.
BTW, you are one of those "people behind anonymous keyboards." And the keyboards are not "anonymous" the posters are. i tried to be gentle in my earlier post and not tell you just how stupid your original post was. I did indeed answer your questions. You cannot be arrested and charged with a crime simply because a providers has your real name and phone number in her contacts. Stupidity is not a crime. You have to be caught in the act of soliciting a provider or actually engaged in a sexual act, which is not a crime in any state. And I am a lawyer
If you are a newbie then take this nonsense to that board. And if you are not a newbie, you may not be cut out for the hobby which, although not risk free, is safe as long as you use common sense.
Now, stop asking stupid questions and take your ass to bed. Really - go to bed.
Ok smarty pants...
1) no real name number or anything.
2) the burner from which I communicated is dead and gone and is wholly untraceable.
3) like many I use a VPN
4) there are no communications written or oral by which any admission against interest is made
5) if you'd put down the jack and Coke old man you would have read that my concern was for the community as a whole.
What are the ethics of outing a possible but not verified threat. Obviously I do not wish to kick a gal when she is down, but her situation seems desperate. That is my question: how and if I out her to the community and effectively kill her business. So, old man...what do your skid mark dingy white briefs tell you about them apples?
maybe all of us should grab some rubber hip-waders--ya know...just to be safe-er?
First way is is if you are a dumbass and confess. Don't be that dumbass and don't talk to cops, always ask for a lawyer, always verbally refuse searches, alway state your excersizing your fifth amendment rights, and shut the fuck up. Talking cab only make things worse.
The second is if they witness it. Screen your dates and don't do illegal acts in public and you have little to fear there.
The sex worker can report you all she wants and it just isn't enough.
nope.
I do congratulate you on having the good sense to send this provider a text message to cancel your appt after, first, booking an appt with her immediately after she explained to you how she had just been arrested and held in jail, for days, while LE pressured her to disclose the contact list on her phone.
Smart thinkin' on your part.
I agree with the general consensus that it's no BFD even if you were foolish enough to:
1) Give providers your real name
2) Use your personal phone instead of a burner or burner phone number
Thou dost worry too much
First, out her on your local board. This BSC stuff is dangerous
Second, LEO needs a warrant to go thru phones now. That doesn't mean they won't do it if given the opportunity. It just means they are supposed to follow the law.
but that does not mean they won't look first. LE will take any property under your control to inventory & safeguard it. They may or may not feel it's worth digging into.
Her client list is probably worthless anyway... a bunch of first names & hobby phones. What LE may be interested in is a pimp, ageny, or other facilitator. Also any drug sources if they busted her for possesion.
However, the bigger issue is how did she get busted in the first place & now that she's on LE's radar, she might be happy to roll over on others in an effort to get a better deal for cooperation... or LE might just see her ads & try to roll her up again. I would sure not want to be the guy who is with her when LE comes calling... especially if she holding drugs.
People who need drugs take unacceptable risks..
I would stay clear of her
To the others whacking you on this, I read that OP wants to alert OTHERS. You can at least alert SOME of the others.
Can an alias send a PM? I think so.
If she still has a Profile, PM the guys who reviewed her. Be brief. Refer them to her profile and this thread. If they've got to ask you for specifics, they will reply by PM.
The chances of anything happening might be slim (more important LE work than warrants and so on), but others might not want to be blindsided and have a chance to change their hobby phones and and so on.
Eh ... just wondering ... is she in the northeast (NY, Boston)
If she is back with a new phone number, chances are that LEO has her previous phone. Her having your phone number and even if there is proof you communicated with her isn't enough evidence that you or here were engaging in anything illegal. If she's in that much trouble, leave her alone and let the natural course of things take place. Don't out her legal issues on any board, that's really no one's business. It sounds like she has a long road ahead of her. A girl like this won't be around much longer.
What you can control is you so do what's right for you and move on to a provider that's more to your taste.
And if she does, what? Are there pictures or videos out there of the 2 of you exchanging money for services? If you didn't ask her for a price via text you could always say she was a girl you picked up at a bar. I honestly think she wouldn't do that but if she does i can guarantee you someone will most likely give her the beating of her life. You never know how crazy some people can be. Don't let this stupid b*tch scare you or manipulate you. She needs the money for groceries if she's threatening people if they don't see her. I would have asked her if she needed food money.
"Baby you need money to eat, that you would turn in innocent parties because you were so stupid to get caught." That's ridiculous.
I wish you the best of luck but I wouldn't lose sleep over it. I know providers that have been busted and they don't go after the client list. As a matter of fact I saw a gent that was in the whole Aphrodite case and although they did take down some of the clients they didn't take down all of them (difference is Aphrodite was an agency)
The police have time to go after every Jon or hooker that gets phoned in by another jealous or angry hooker.
Nope. They just come here.
