But, there is much more to do than just hit the Strip.

The mountains are nearby. Or go take a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Some hotels offer this service.

Always wanted to do the helicopter ride with a lovely lady over the Strip myself.

But then again, the ladies I see always make it an adventure!

There are many great providers there worth seeing, and there are amazing things to see such as the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Red Rock, etc., that are easy to arrange seeing, and that provide endless photo-ops, and things to do.  BTW, you can also gamble there .  

If you are renting a car, you might also consider Death Valley, Bryce Canyon and Zion in southern Utah, as well as a road trip across the desert to LA and the Pacific coast beaches.  LA has hobbying opportunities available as well, if you are so inclined...

Dude, you seem like a gent who can afford a first class ticket. 139 reviews? 300 x 139 = you could afford to go wherever you want. Las Vegas, nah, good for a long weekend, but not the kind of sex vacation I think you are asking about. I have heard about the ladies in Macau being pretty hot, and then of course there are the beaches and ladies of Brazil. You would need a translator for both unless you know Portuguese.

According to your review history you have pretty much already been and enjoyed the local culture of everyplace I was gonna mention.  It would be very costly , but I intend to revisit W.
