It's good to see people doing independant research for the good of the rest of us. Like the congessman that was researching the safety in mens rooms in airports.
I have noticed a few software products on the market that claim you can surf anonymously. Does this include computers on an administrated network?
In case I'm being watched now, I just want to say I am on this site looking for hobby info on model airplane building. And my question is purely hypothetical.
And the midget porn site surfing was only research I'm doing on exploitation of little people.

I personally would never serf on a corporate network. They can monitor all of the traffic. Even if it is encripted, they may show up and ask about why your sending encrypted traffic through THEIR network. Plus, if they own the computer, they just might install key loggers, etc on your machine.
I agree with using the above tools, but I think you still have risk of being found out. (not a computer geek, so ask someone who really knows).
As someone who does network security for a living I feel qualified to answer this question. The answer is you can't on an administered network. Not even to an encrypted site. Google "transparent proxy".
Now, whether or not your company does this kind of stuff is another matter. Mine doesn't . =)
