How do you guys cover your tracks, meaning, hobby in "stealth" mode so S.O., or anyone else, doesn't find out.

Here are some key things I do.

First, I use a prepaid cell phone.  (Though be careful and LOAD it wish a cash paid card.  I loaded mine online once and the damn prepaid company mailed me coupons!)

Second, I wipe down the computer each time I use it.  And mostly use a lap top that is 99% mine....but still WIPE it down with each use.

Third, I use cash only.  From an account that is my name only.

Fourth, rarely, and I mean RARELY would hobby in my local area.  I make sure it is done on legit out of town trips.

YOUR advice or experience????

You make a good point using a prepaid phone.  I have been using my own cell phone in the past.

First, I now always use cash.  One time used the wrong credit card with the bill going to my home.

Second, I use my private laptop and always wipe all internet use.  Its an old work laptop which is password protected.

Third, use alternate e-mail account to set up appointments/meetings.

Fourth, usually use providers that get reviewed.

Lastly, never at own home.
